The Mooresville Police Department reported the following felony arrests:
DECEMBER 3
♦ Tammy Jo Garrigan, 58, of McAdam Lane, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule VI controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Elijah James Hall, 21, of Pier 33 Drive, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule IV controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.
DECEMBER 4
♦ Ashley William Perkins, 42, of Shearers Road, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance.
♦ Marvin Hughes Whitlowe III, 36, of W. Wilson Avenue, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance.
DECEMBER 5
♦ Ian Crutis Fanton, 18, of Elba Drive, Mooresville, charged with kidnapping, first-degree rape and a misdemeanor sex offense.
DECEMBER 7
♦ Freya Marie Bundy, 27, of Boxer Drive, Iron Station, charged with larceny from a merchant and misdemeanor trespass.
♦ Dondre Deshawn Lowery, 22, of Chapel Street, Kannapolis, charged with possession of a stolen firearm.
DECEMBER 8
♦ Samuel Guzman-Ponce, 27, of Oak Street, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, and maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for the use or sale of a controlled substance.
♦ Contreras Martinez Juan, 67, of Seagull Drive, Denver, charged with being a fugitive from justice.
DECEMBER 9
♦ Bill Kelly Blankenship, 45, of Bringle Ferry Road, Salisbury, charged with possession of burglar’s tools, possession of a schedule I controlled substance and possession of a firearm by a felon.
DECEMBER 10
♦ Joshua David Brown, 26, of Midglen Court, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.
DECEMBER 11
♦ Rondarius Amod Redfear, 21, of Rebecca Jane Drive, Mooresville, charged with deliver schedule II drugs.
DECEMBER 12
♦ Courteney Yvette Hines-Brown, 23, of Glenstone Court, Charlotte, charged with conspiracy to obtain property by false pretenses and misdemeanor resist or delay an officer.
♦ Ronald Germaine Houston Jr., 26, of Winding Branch Court, Charlotte, charged with obtaining property by false pretenses, financial identity theft and conspiracy to obtain property by false pretenses.
♦ Gabriel Ryan Windover, 19, of Almora Loop, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule VI controlled substance.
DECEMBER 14
♦ Bret Jason Kahle, 52, of Elba Drive, Mooresville, charged with felony disseminating obscenity and misdemeanor assault/stalking.
♦ Jonathan Matthew Simpson, 34, of Lakeview Drive, Monroe, charged with obtaining property by false pretenses, financial identity theft and financial card forgery.
♦ Eddrick Pierre Steele, 29, of JC Circle, Mooresville, charged with breaking and entering to terrorize or injury, misdemeanor trespass and misdemeanor injury to personal property.
