FROM STAFF REPORTS
Two suspects face felony charges following an Iredell County Sheriff’s office investigation into illegal drug sales in the southern end of the county.
Sheriff Darren Campbell announced the arrests of Heather Marie Sides, 33, of Mooresville and Christian Lloyd Bock, 44, of China Grove in a news release Wednesday.
Undercover narcotics investigators had been conducting surveillance on the pair after receiving numerous citizen complaints about their involvement in the distribution of controlled substances, Campbell said.
When Investigators located the duo in the parking lot of the Dollar General Store located at 1336 Oakridge Farm Highway, Sides and Bock were found to be in possession of 129 dosage units of controlled prescription medication, which they had planned to sell, the sheriff added.
Both suspects were arrested and taken to the Iredell County Detention Center.
