The Statesville Police Department is investigating the following crime reports:

AUGUST 19
♦ An individual reported a break-in in the 1400 block of Rolling Lane and the theft of a charm bracelet, ring, safe and pair of Nike tennis shoes.

AUGUST 21
♦ An individual reported a break-in in the 800 block of Alexander Street and the theft of $200 in coins, five DVDs and a Playstation 3.

AUGUST 22
♦ A representative of Maple Leaf Health Care Center reported a break-in in the 1100 block of Maple Care Lane. Several prescription drugs were reported stolen along with medical equipment.

AUGUST 24
♦ An individual reported a break-in in the 2300 block of Beauty Street and the theft of a grill.

AUGUST 25
♦ An individual reported a break-in and the theft of assorted tools from the 300 block of N. Oakland Avenue.

♦ An individual reported an armed robbery and assault in the 1000 block of W. Front Street.

AUGUST 26
♦ An individual reported a motor vehicle break-in in the 300 block of Wilson. A cell phone was reported stolen.

♦ An individual reported the theft of a Samsung washer and dryer from a location on 4th Street.

♦ An individual reported a 2008 Acura MDX stolen from the 600 block Margaret Court

AUGUST 28
♦ An individual reported a first-degree burglary in the 800 block of West End Avenue.

♦ An individual reported a motor vehicle break-in in the 1000 block of E. Front Street. A pair of Oakley sunglasses was reported stolen.

♦ An individual reported a motor vehicle break-in in the 800 block of E. Front Street. An undisclosed amount of money was reported stolen.

♦ An individual reported a break-in in the 400 block of Sullivan Road. An ADT surveillance camera was reported stolen.

AUGUST 30
♦ An individual reported a break-in in the 800 block of Alexander Street. A 55-inch TV was reported stolen.

Felony Arrests

The SPD reported the following felony arrests:

AUGUST 22
♦ Keith Torrence, 30, was charged with breaking or entering with intent to terrorize or injure, and assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury.

AUGUST 23
♦ Brandon Rasheed Rankins, 25, was charged with possession of a firearm by a felon, and two misdemeanor counts of resist or obstruct a public officer.

AUGUST 24
♦ Christopher Dominik Wilson, 21, was charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver marijuana, felony possession of marijuana, misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon, and a misdemeanor drug offense.

AUGUST 26
♦ Bryan Houston Absher, 33, was charged with larceny by anti-theft device and misdemeanor trespass.

AUGUST 27
♦ William Gregory Samuels II, 30, was charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver marijuana, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, and a misdemeanor drug offense.
