The Statesville Police Department reported the following arrests:
JULY 16
♦ Joseph James Chakos, 64, of Sullivan Road, Statesville, charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver marijuana, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, a misdemeanor drug offense, and misdemeanor assault.
JULY 22
♦ Angela Michelle Shook, 44, of Wilkesboro Highway, Statesville, charged with felony larceny, felony aid and abet larceny and two counts of misdemeanor resist, delay or obstruct an officer.
♦ Roy Rubin Morgan Jr., 53, of Wilkesboro Highway, Statesville, charged with felony larceny, felony aid and abet larceny and two counts of misdemeanor resist, delay or obstruct an officer.
JULY 24
♦ Myia Brooke Ciccarelli, 23, of Hyde Lane, Statesville, charged with trafficking in methamphetamine, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, and maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for controlled substances.
JULY 25
♦ Ashlee Burchette, 31, of North Pointe Boulevard, Statesville, charged with possession of heroin, possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor drug offense.
JULY 28
♦ Anthony Dominic Foy Jr., 33, of Shelton Avenue, Statesville, charged with indecent liberties with a child and two counts of first-degree sexual offense.
♦ James Anthony Foy, 30, of Tradd Street, Statesville, charged with indecent liberties with a child and two counts of first-degree sexual offense.
Crime Reports
The SPD is investigating the following crime reports:
JULY 16
♦ An individual reported the theft of a Ford Explorer from a location in the 500 block of N. Center Street.
JULY 17
♦ An individual reported a motor vehicle break-in on Hartness Road. A softball bag and a check which was later forged for $350 were reported stolen.
JULY 20
♦ An individual reported the theft of a Dodge Durango from a location in the 1000 block of Wilson W. Lee Boulevard.
JULY 21
♦ An individual reported the theft of a Mazda MX-5 Miata from a location in the 600 block of W. Sharpe Street.
JULY 22
♦ A representative of Best Deal Auto Sales reported the theft of several motor vehicles from a location in the 100 block of Auction Lane.
♦ An individual reported a motor vehicle break-in on W. Raleigh Avenue. Two 10-inch speakers were reportedly stolen.
♦ An individual reported a motor vehicle break-in on Woodlawn Drive in which $500 was reportedly stolen.
JULY 24
♦ An individual reported the theft of a golf cart from a location in the 1000 block of Fourth Creek Landing Drive.
JULY 26
♦ An individual reported a motor vehicle break-in on Wilson W. Lee Boulevard. Two handguns were reportedly stolen.
JULY 27
♦ An individual reported a motor vehicle break-in on Trillium Drive.
♦ Three individuals reported motor vehicle break-ins on Shillington Lane.
♦ An individual reported a motor vehicle break-in on Deauville Road. A pair of sunglasses were reported stolen.
♦ Two individuals reported motor vehicle break-ins on Martha’s Ridge Drive. Assorted watches, a gold necklace and miscellaneous items were reported stolen.
♦ An individual reported motor vehicle break-ins on Martha’s Ridge Drive.
♦ Two individuals reported motor vehicle break-ins on Columbine Drive. A brown leather Donald Trump wallet and miscellaneous items were reported stolen.
JULY 28
♦ An individual reported a motor vehicle break-in on Deauville Road.
♦ An individual reported a motor vehicle break-in on Deauville Road. A pink bag containing ear buds was reportedly stolen.
♦ An individual reported a motor vehicle break-in on Deauville Road. Miscellaneous items were reported stolen.
JULY 29
♦ An individual reported a motor vehicle break-in on Crossroads Drive. Prescription narcotics were reportedly stolen.
♦ An individual reported a motor vehicle break-in on Tradd Street.
♦ An individual reported a Ford Mustang was stolen from a location in the 700 block of N. Miller Avenue.
JULY 30
♦ An individual reported the theft of a Kobalt power drill, saw and blower from a location in the 500 block of Glendale Drive.
