The City of Statesville’s Planning Board and Board of Adjustment have upcoming vacancies for residents of the city’s extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ), which is the unincorporated area generally within three miles outside the city’s primary city limit and subject to zoning and land use regulations.

The Iredell County Commissioners appoint these members, but city staff will forward the names and contact information of those interested to the County Commissioners.
