COVID-19 Update: More than 600 I-SS students were required to isolate or quarantine last week

Three Iredell-Statesville Schools staff members and 22 students tested positive for COVID-19 between April 30 and May 6.

According to the latest I-SS report, only one of the cases involved secondary spread of COVID-19 at an I-SS facility.

Thirty-four staff members and 610 students throughout the district were required to isolate or quarantine during the reporting period due to possible exposure.

I-SS and the Iredell County Health Department reported possible cases of COVID-19 exposure at the following schools during the latest reporting period:
