The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following felony arrests:
AUGUST 26
♦ Brandy J. Able, 39, of Fairforest Drive, Greenwood, S.C., charged with larceny of a motor vehicle and misdemeanor injury to personal property.
♦ Eric Scott Lux, 33, of Beal Gray Road, Kannapolis, charged with child abuse inflicting serious injury.
AUGUST 27
♦ Michael Allen Hatfield, 30, of Rose Avenue, Grove City, Ohio, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Chance Alexander Martin, 24, of Billies Way, Yadkinville, charged with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Tina Arlene Restivo, 29, of Draughn Lane, Mocksville, charged with possession of cocaine and a misdemeanor drug offense.
AUGUST 28
♦ Christopher Gage Handy, 24, of Turnersburg Highway, Statesville, charged with breaking or entering a motor vehicle, two counts of larceny of motor vehicle parts and conspiracy.
♦ Ricardo Allen Mathias, 32, of Faith Road, Mooresville, charged with assault by strangulation inflicting serious injury, misdemeanor assault by pointing a gun, misdemeanor assault with a deadly weapon, and misdemeanor communicating threats.
AUGUST 30
♦ Bertin Salazar Suarez, 27, of Yellowstone Lane, Statesville, charged with possession of heroin, possession of methamphetamine, and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Jimmie Ray Terrell Jr., 55, of Deaton Street, Statesville, charged with two counts of sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance and two counts of possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance.
AUGUST 31
♦ Renae Nicole Jones, 35, of Rocky River Road, Mooresville, charged with felony parole violation.
♦ Jeremy Wayne Lawson, 30, of Cunnigham Brickyard Road, Lexington, charged with larceny of a motor vehicle.
♦ Christopher Dean Owens, 35, of Perch Road, Pinnacle, charged with manufacture Mdpv, possession of methamphetamine and three misdemeanor drug offenses.
SEPTEMBER 1
♦ Julia Marie Mitchum, 37, of Cranberry Trail, Vale, charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of heroin, and a misdemeanor drug offense.
