The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following felony arrests:
JANUARY 4
♦ Michael Shamari Joseph, 20, of Starmount Cove Lane, Charlotte, charged with two counts of armed robbery.
♦ Joseph Scott Pergerson, 43, of Celeste Eufola Road, Statesville, charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule III controlled substance and possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance.
JANUARY 5
♦ Cameron Max Burleyson, 19, of Trace Court, Troutman, charged with sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance and possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance.
♦ Dennis Lynn Tevepaugh, 67, charged with indecent exposure to a person under age 16 and misdemeanor indecent exposure.
♦ Ryan Wade Yoder, 44, of Mayhew Park Lane, Mooresville, charged with two counts of trafficking heroin.
JANUARY 6
♦ Cody Lee Choate, 22, of Brumley Road, Mooresville, charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury.
♦ Dalton Lee Lewis, 23, of Gastonia charged with being a fugitive from justice, larceny and misdemeanor larceny.
♦ Brandon Ray Neal, 22, of Nebo Road, Harmony, charged with breaking or entering to terrorize or injure, misdemeanor assault on a female, misdemeanor trespass and misdemeanor injury to personal property.
♦ Suzanne Phillips Stewart, 44, of Goneaway Lane, Cleveland, charged with felony serious injury by vehicle.
♦ Devon Arnez Savoy, 30, of Ivy Lane, Statesville, charged with hit and run resulting in injury, misdemeanor reckless driving to endanger and misdemeanor injury to personal property.
JANUARY 7
♦ Zihir Amari Glenn, 19, of Alborn Drive, Mooresville, charged with three counts of conspiracy.
♦ Gina Ann Hastings, 38, of Winding Harbor Circle, Cleveland, charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance.
JANUARY 8
♦ Kimberly Dawn Dagenhart, 43, of Baker Street, Statesville, charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule III controlled substance.
♦ Summer Rayne Dannheim, 19, of Armfield Street, Statesville, charged with breaking or entering a motor vehicle and misdemeanor larceny.
♦ Dana Cornell Gray Jr., 27, of Broom Street, Statesville, charged with two counts of possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance
JANUARY 9
♦ Eric Lee Dishman, 50, of Brandy Lane, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Theodore Thomas Steele, 38, of Caldwell Street, Statesville, charged with two counts possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule III controlled substance, four counts of possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, two counts of sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance and sell or deliver a schedule III controlled substance.
JANUARY 11
♦ James Malcolm Ingram, 21, of Royal Street, East Spencer, charged with flee/elude arrest in a motor vehicle, misdemeanor driving while license revoked and misdemeanor resist, delay or obstruct an officer.
♦ Debra Wicker Kiser, 54, of Jocelyn Lane, Mooresville, charged with notary fraud.
Shonquela Monnea Morris, 31, of Shears Street, Kannapolis, charged with notary fraud.
♦ Tevin O’Brian Dalton, 29, of Tabor Road, Olin, charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, speeding to elude arrest, misdemeanor driving while license suspended or revoked, and a misdemeanor drug offense.
JANUARY 13
♦ Joshua Allen Arroyo, 28, of Ramblewood Lane, Statesville, charged with two counts of possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule I controlled substance and two counts of possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Crystal Juaquava Cook, 35, of Coolbrook Road, Union Grove, charged with possession of a controlled substance in a local jail and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
♦ Matthew Scott Johnson, 39, of NC Highway 16 N, Taylorsville, charged with larceny of motor vehicle parts, felony parole violation, misdemeanor larceny, and misdemeanor resist, obstruct or delay an officer.
JANUARY 14
♦ Michael Ray Harold, 35, of Trivette Road, Harmony, charged with felony probation violation and misdemeanor probation violation.
♦ Jeffrey Allen Hart, 38, of Mertie Road, Millers Creek, charged with breaking or entering a motor vehicle and larceny of a motor vehicle.
♦ Brandon Dale McCoy, 35, of River Hill Road, Statesville, charged with larceny of a motor vehicle, three counts of larceny of motor vehicle parts and misdemeanor larceny.
♦ Joseph James Morrison, 27, of Plank Barn Lane, Stony Point, charged with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor drug offense.
