The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following felony arrests:
MARCH 9
♦ David Ray Morgan, 49, of Log Cabin Drive, Statesville, charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule III controlled substance.
MARCH 10
♦ Verlie Eugene Deal, 62, of Cheyenne Oaks Drive, Claremont, charged with possession of methamphetamine and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
♦ Jeremy Richard Tapia, 30, of Fairfield Avenue, Tonawanda, N.Y., charged with possession of cocaine and a misdemeanor drug offense.
MARCH 11
♦ Jordan Leigh Elliott, 30, of Alexander Street, Mooresville, charged with larceny of a motor vehicle and three counts of misdemeanor larceny.
♦ Benjamin Lee Morgan, 30, of Clover Lane, Battle Creek, Mich., charged with possession of a schedule VI controlled substance with intent to manufacture, possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, and maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances.
♦ Rico Maurice Polk, 28, of Trailway Drive, Statesville, charged with larceny of a motor vehicle and three counts of misdemeanor larceny.
♦ Kevin Michael Remele, 31, of Richmond NW, Grand Rapids, Mich., charged with possession of a schedule VI controlled substance with intent to manufacture, possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, and maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances.
♦ Justin Lamar Whiteside, 33, of Longfellow Drive, Tonawanda, N.Y., charged with two counts of trafficking in drugs, two counts of possession of a schedule I controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance in a local jail, and two misdemeanor drug offenses.

♦ Jeremy Carl Lackey, 35, of Deerfield Lane, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, attempted first-degree burglary, misdemeanor vandalism, misdemeanor injury to personal property and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Gabriel Steven Loggins, 21, of Sloan Mills Road, Olin, charged with two counts of assaulting an officer, and misdemeanor assault.
♦ Kody Michael Milburn, 22, of Lucas Lane, Cleveland, charged with possession of a stolen firearm.
♦ Kenneth Lorenzo Wright, 46, of Rita Avenue, Statesville, charged with two counts of possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, possession of a schedule I controlled substance and maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances.

♦ Heather Nicole Chidio, 32, of JD Lane, Cleveland, charged with two counts of possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule IV controlled substance, two counts of conspiracy, possession of methamphetamine, manufacture Mdpv and trafficking heroin.
♦ Cheryl Ann Martin-Chidio, 52, of Greenland Drive, Statesville, charged with two counts of possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule IV controlled substance, two counts of conspiracy, and sell or deliver a schedule IV controlled substance.
♦ Monroe Rashad Simpson, 30, of Greenland Drive, Statesville, charged with trafficking heroin, possession of methamphetamine and manufacture Mdpv.
MARCH 14
♦ Luis Felipe Sanchez-Arteta, 24, of Mullen Street, Huntersville, was served with a true bill felony indictment.
MARCH 15
♦ Brian Patrick West Jr., 30, of Springs Branch Lane, Statesville, charged with habitual misdemeanor assault.
