The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following felony arrests:
OCTOBER 1
♦ Kevin Lee Blow, 51, of 8th Street, Statesville, charged with being a fugitive from justice.
♦ Dmitric Shawntell Mayberry, 44, of Hill Terrace, Statesville, charged with sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance and possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance.
OCTOBER 2
♦ Amber Nicole Walker, 35, of Sagebrush Road, Statesville, charged with two counts of felony probation violation and one count of misdemeanor probation violation.
♦ Takoda Hunter Yates, 24, of Woodstream Circle, Mooresville, charged with possession with intent to manufacture a schedule VI controlled substance, maintain a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, and three misdemeanor drug offenses.
OCTOBER 3
♦ Ashley William Perkins, 43, of Hampshire Drive, Mooresville, charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance.
♦ Lisa Nichols Witherspoon, 53, of Kimberly Lane, Stony Point, charged with three counts of sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, and three counts of possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance.
OCTOBER 4
♦ Megan Richelle Pruett, 29, of Park Lane Avenue, Asheville, charged with possession of heroin, possession of methamphetamine, and a misdemeanor drug offense.
OCTOBER 6
♦ Amber Smith Cleary, 35, of Aaron Road, Harmony, was served with a true bill felony indictment.
♦ Jonathan Matthew Simpson, 34, of Lakeview Drive, Monroe, charged with credit card forgery, possession of five or more counterfeit instruments, card theft with scamming device, identity theft, obtaining property by false pretense, and felony probation violation.
