The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following felony arrests:
OCTOBER 29
♦ Donald Carlos Williams Stinson, 37, of Longleaf Drive, Charlotte, charged with being a fugitive from justice.
OCTOBER 30
♦ Justin Pernell Dalton, 32, of Younger Avenue, Statesville, charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance.
♦ Justavious Keonte Darty, 27, of Savannah Street, Hartwell, Ga., charged with assault with a deadly weapon on a law enforcement officer or government official and misdemeanor going armed to the terror of the public.
♦ Jeremie Garrett Moore, 33, of Five Springs Drive, Boomer, charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury, misdemeanor assault and misdemeanor trespass.
OCTOBER 31
♦ Christopher Lynn Bailey, 47, of Davis Auto Drive, Hiddenite, charged with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ William Joshua Byard, 30, of Calhoun Road, Stony Point, charged with breaking or entering, two counts of breaking or entering a motor vehicle, larceny and misdemeanor trespass.
♦ Chad Eugene Fox, 47, of Rocky Springs, Taylorsville, charged with possession of methamphetamine.
♦ Alberta Rose Hooker, 45, of Indian Hill Road, Union Grove, charged with breaking or entering, and larceny after breaking or entering.
♦ Timothy Shane Mullinax, 36, of Graham Street, Gastonia, charged with being a fugitive from justice.
NOVEMBER 1
♦ Leon Roberto Scott, 32, of Fawnbrook Lane, Gastonia, charged with identity theft.
NOVEMBER 3
♦ Terry Lee Jones, 53, of Sharon Ridge Lane, Statesville, charged with two counts of sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, two counts of possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, and conspiracy to sell narcotics.
♦ Marcie Marie Klinger, 45, of Roten Lane, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
♦ Stanley Deon Miller, 58, of N. Tradd Street, Statesville, charged with sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance and possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance.
♦ Shara Shermice Whorley, 29, of Banner Avenue, Greensboro, charged with accessory after the fact.
NOVEMBER 4
♦ Thomas Dion Daye, 46, of Lakeview Lane, Statesville, charged with three counts of possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, two counts of sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, and conspiracy to sell narcotics.
♦ Joshua Shirthomas Dunn, 30, of Wexford Way, Statesville, charged with two counts of sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance and two counts of possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance.
♦ Mark Wayne Frye Jr., 31, of Shiloh Road, Statesville, charged with two counts of felony probation violation.
♦ Sanchez Rishon Houston, 34, of Jobe Drive, Statesville, charged with felony probation violation.
♦ Carey Jon Kovacs, 46, of Perth Road, Mooresville, charged with larceny, two counts of misdemeanor injury to personal property, two counts of misdemeanor trespass and misdemeanor breaking or entering.
♦ Haley Nicole Williams, 36, of Edwina Lane, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor drug offense.
