The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following felony arrests:
OCTOBER 7
♦ Roland Thomas Simmons Jr., 39, of Cornelius Road, Mooresville, charged with habitual misdemeanor assault.
OCTOBER 8
♦ Robert Baker Brown Jr., 38, of Pinyan Lane, Canton, Ga., charged with murder.
♦ Charles Vernon Parrish Jr., 39, of Rebel Hill Lane, Mooresville, charged with two counts of larceny by employee.
OCTOBER 10
♦ Charles Vernon Parrish Jr., 39, of Rebel Hill Lane, Mooresville, charged with obtaining property by false pretenses.
OCTOBER 11
♦ Antwon Jontel Bines, 24, of Oak Grove Road, Statesville, charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, first-degree burglary and misdemeanor assault.
OCTOBER 12
♦ Kevin Jason Boles, 33, of Benning Place, Atlanta, Ga., charged with two counts of possession of a schedule I controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
♦ Brandy Michelle Flowers, 39, of Twelve Oaks Drive, Linwood, charged with possession of a stolen motor vehicle.
♦ William Lee France, 39, of E. Broad Street, Statesville, charged with breaking or entering, larceny after breaking or entering, and felony probation violation.
♦ Kimberly Dawn Wise Hatcher, 54, of Grace View Place, Granite Falls, charged with possession of a stolen firearm and possession of a firearm by a felon.
♦ Summer Lea Hatcher, 30, of Grace View Place, Granite Falls, charged with possession of stolen property, two counts of possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, two counts of trafficking heroin, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, three misdemeanor drug offenses, and misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon.
OCTOBER 13
♦ Randall Antonio Carr, 42, of Glade Street, Statesville, charged with trafficking heroin, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and misdemeanor assault with a deadly weapon.
♦ Juan Aneury Reyes-Padilla, 27, of N.C. Highway 90 E, Stony Point, charged with felony restraint and misdemeanor sexual battery.
