District Attorney Sarah Kirkman’s office announced the dispositions of the following felony cases in Iredell County Superior Court on Tuesday, August 24:
♦ Marcie Klinger pleaded guilty to Felony Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and was sentenced to 4-14 months suspended and 18 months supervised probation with a 74-day active split sentence. Substance abuse assessment and treatment were ordered.
♦ Norman Powell pleaded guilty to Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Marijuana. Defendant performed 102 hours of community service prior to the plea date and was sentenced to 4-14 months suspended and 18 months unsupervised probation.
♦ Elizabeth Neal pleaded guilty to Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Schedule III and IV Controlled Substances and was sentenced to 4-14 months suspended and 18 months probation.
♦ Jerry Tucker pleaded guilty to Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Methamphetamine and Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver a Counterfeit Controlled Substance. He was sentenced to 12-24 months suspended and 24 months supervised probation with a 30-day active split sentence.
♦ Julius Reynolds pleaded guilty to Breaking or Entering a Motor Vehicle and was sentenced to 4-14 months suspended and 18 months probation and a one-day active split sentence.
♦ Jason Baker pleaded guilty to Possession of a Stolen Motor Vehicle and was sentenced to 8-19 months suspended with an 86-day active split sentence.
♦ James Brown pleaded guilty to Felony Fleeing to Elude Arrest and Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver a Schedule VI Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 10-21 months and 24 months supervised probation with a 120-day active split sentence.
♦ Brantley Minton pleaded guilty to Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Methamphetamine and was sentence to 6-17 months suspended and 24 months probation with a 17-day active split sentence.
♦ David Mecimore pleaded guilty to Misdemeanor Possession of Stolen Goods and was sentenced to 120 days suspended and 12 months probation.
♦ Nathan Long pleaded guilty to Felony Possession of a Stolen Motor Vehicle and was sentenced to 4-14 months in prison.
♦ Terry Jones pleaded guilty to Misdemeanor Breaking or Entering, Misdemeanor Larceny and Obtaining Property by False Pretenses and was sentenced to 8-19 months suspended and 24 months supervised probation with a one-day active split sentence.
♦ Robert Plyler pleaded guilty to Misdemeanor Larceny and was sentenced to 12 months supervised probation.
♦ Michael Biles pleaded guilty to Felony Possession of Methamphetamine and received 5-15 months in prison.
♦ Daniel Corum pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine and Driving While License Revoked – Impaired Revocation and was sentenced to 10-21 months suspended plus 120 days suspended with a 30-day active split sentence.
♦ Drevon’tea Winford pleaded guilty to Conspiracy to Commit Common Law Robbery and Larceny from the Person. The defendant was sentenced to 6-17 months suspended with 24 months probation and a 31-day active split sentence, plus 6-17 months suspended with 24 months supervised probation.
♦ Jonathan Bennett pleaded guilty to Felony Possession of Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 6-17 months suspended with 24 months probation.
♦ Adam Vordees pleaded guilty to two counts of Felony Possession of Marijuana and was sentenced under N.C.G.S. 90-96 to 18 months supervised probation.
♦ Stacy Evans pleaded guilty to Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Methamphetamine and Felony Possession of Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 5-15 months suspended with 18 months probation.
♦ Edward Carroll pleaded guilty to Possession of Cocaine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and was sentenced to 4-14 months suspended with 18 months probation.
♦ Micky Roseman pleaded guilty to Possession of a Stolen Motor Vehicle and was sentenced to 8-19 months suspended with 24 months probation and a three-day active split sentence.
♦ Frank Rosenbaum pleaded guilty to Felony Fleeing to Elude Arrest and was sentenced to 15-27 months active, to run concurrently with other sentences the defendant is serving.
♦ Randall Wensell pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine and Possess of Drug Paraphernalia and was sentenced under N.C.G.S. 90-96 to 12 months supervised probation.
