District Attorney Sarah Kirkman’s office reported the dispositions of the following H/I felony cases in Iredell County Superior Court on September 14:
♦ Charles Graham pleaded guilty to Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Methamphetamine, Possession of Methamphetamine, Violation of a Domestic Violence Protective Order and Assault on a Female. He was sentenced to an active prison term of 8 to19 months, plus 5 to 15 months suspended, and 120 days suspended. He was ordered to have a substance abuse assessment and complete recommended treatment and to not threaten, assault or harass the victim.
♦ Antonio Crowder pleaded guilty to Habitual Misdemeanor Assault and was sentenced to 12 to 24 months in prison.
♦ Onna McNease pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine and Attempted Breaking and/or Entering and was sentenced to 4 to 14 months suspended.
♦ Travis Price pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and was sentenced to probation under N.C.G.S. 90-96.
♦ Katelyn Woolledge pleaded guilty to two counts of Sale of Schedule II Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 6 to 17 months suspended.
♦ Deborah Broome pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine and Simple Possession of Schedule IV Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 6 to 17 months suspended with supervised probation.
♦ Eion Getlein pleaded guilty to Possession of Cocaine and was sentenced to probation under N.C.G.S. 90-96.
♦ Ethan Fritz pleaded guilty to Possession of Cocaine and Possession of Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 8 to 19 months in prison.
♦ Chris Kiser pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine and was sentenced to probation under N.C.G.S. 90-96.
♦ Kevin Queen pleaded guilty to Misdemeanor Larceny and Obtaining Property by False Pretenses and was sentenced to 12 to 24 months suspended with supervised probation.
♦ Kimberly Dagenhart pleaded guilty to Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver a Schedule III Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 6 to 17 months in prison with supervised probation including a substance abuse assessment and treatment, drug screens and warrantless searches.
♦ Larry Beam pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 6 to 17 months in prison.
♦ Dan Mihelich pleaded guilty to Possession of a Schedule I Controlled Substance and was sentenced to probation under N.C.G.S. 90-96.
♦ Ishmael Price pleaded guilty to Misdemeanor Possession of Stolen Goods and Simple Possession of Marijuana and was sentenced to time served awaiting trial.
♦ Alfred Allison pleaded guilty to two counts of Driving While License Revoked and Misdemeanor Speeding to Elude Arrest and was sentenced to 45 days, suspended, with 12 months supervised probation.
♦ David Marlowe pleaded guilty to Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Schedule III Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 4 to 14 months suspended with two years supervised probation, substance abuse assessment and treatment.
♦ Thomas Mounts pleaded guilty to six counts of Felony Larceny and one count of Misdemeanor Larceny. He was sentenced to three consecutive 5 to 15 month sentences suspended with five years of probation and ordered to pay restitution to the victims.
♦ Brandon Cochrane pleaded guilty to Habitual Larceny and was sentenced to 6 to 17 months suspended with two years of supervised probation. He was ordered to complete 48 hours community service, submit to drug tests and searches and not go to Walmart.
♦ Melissa Currie pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 4 to 14 months in prison with two years probation, substance abuse assessment and treatment, drug tests and searches.
♦ Joey Speaks pleaded guilty to Attempted Larceny of Motor Vehicle and was sentenced to 10 to 21 months suspended with two years of probation.
♦ Brian Phelps pleaded guilty to Felony Possession of Marijuana and was sentenced to 4 to 14 months suspended with 18 months probation, substance abuse assessment and treatment.
