District Attorney Sarah Kirkman reported final dispositions for the following H & I felony cases in Iredell County Superior Court on September 28:
♦ Norman Ashley pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine and Driving While Impaired and was sentenced to probation under N.C.G.S. 90-96 for the Methamphetamine charge and 12 months supervised probation on the DWI. He was ordered to have a substance abuse assessment and recommended treatment and complete 120 hours of community service.
♦ James Bell pleaded guilty to Assault on a Female and Assault Inflicting Serious Injury with a Minor Present. He was sentenced to 150 days suspended with 12 months of supervised probation to include a domestic violence assessment and recommended classes; and to not threaten, assault or harass the victim.
♦ Ava Carbajal pleaded guilty to three counts of Possession of Methamphetamine and received two consecutive 4 to 14 month sentences suspended with 18 months supervised probation, substance abuse assessment and treatment.
♦ Celeste Cotton pleaded guilty to Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and was sentenced to 45 days suspended with 12 months supervised probation; substance abuse assessment and treatment.
♦ Romeo Haynes pleaded guilty to Felony Larceny and was sentenced to 18 months supervised probation.
♦ Bryant Jackson pleaded guilty to Possession of a Schedule I Controlled Substance and Driving While Impaired. He was sentenced to 8 to 19 months suspended with 18 months supervised probation on the Possession of Schedule I, and 12 months probation on the DWI, and substance abuse assessment and recommended treatment; community service.
♦ Chadwick Johnson pleaded guilty to Obtaining Property by False Pretenses and was sentenced to 18 months of supervised probation, ordered to pay restitution to Walmart and not go to any Walmaart.
♦ Kyle Jones pleaded guilty to Felony Possession of Marijuana and was sentenced to 4 to 14 months suspended with 18 months probation, and ordered to obtain a substance abuse assessment and recommended treatment. Money seized during the search was ordered turned over to the Iredell County Schools, according to state law.
♦ Nicole Kennedy pleaded guilty to Larceny by Employee and Misdemeanor Larceny. She was sentenced to 5 to 15 months suspended with 18 months probation. Restitution was ordered to Lowe’s and Target, and the defendant was ordered not to go back to either store. Her probation was transferred to South Carolina.
♦ Mishad Lackey pleaded guilty to Felony Fleeing to Elude Arrest, two counts of Attempted Breaking and/or Entering a Motor Vehicle and Misdemeanor Larceny. He was sentenced to 6 to 17 months suspended with 18 months supervised probation, 48 hours community service, and ordered to pay restitution to Iredell County Schools.
♦ Holly Minter pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine and Misdemeanor School Attendance Law Violation. She was sentenced to 6 to 17 months suspended with 12 months supervised probation, an active 30-day split sentence, 48 hours of community service, and substance abuse assessment and recommended treatment. She was also sentenced to 45 days active on a probation violation.
♦ Crystal Nance pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine and Misdemeanor Larceny. She was sentenced to 4 to 14 months suspended with 18 months supervised probation with an eight-day active split sentence, substance abuse assessment and recommended treatment, and ordered not go back to any Dollar General.
♦ Marco Pagan pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 4 to 14 months suspended with 12 months supervised probation, substance abuse assessment and recommended treatment.
♦ Michael Reinhardt pleaded guilty to two counts of Obtaining Property by False Pretenses. He was sentenced to 8 to 19 months suspended with 18 months supervised probation and a one-day active split sentence. He was ordered not to go to any Target.
♦ Jarvis Roseman pleaded guilty to Conspiracy to Commit Common Law Robbery and Larceny from the Person. He was sentenced to two consecutive 6 to 17 month sentences suspended with 24 months supervised probation and a 34-day active split sentence. His probation was ordered transferred to Mecklenburg County.
♦ Sean Schutt pleaded guilty to Possession of Marijuana More Than One-Half Ounce, Up to One and One-Half Ounces and was sentenced to 45 days suspended with 12 months supervised probation. Money seized was ordered turned over to the Iredell County Schools, according to state law.
♦ Robbie Sigmon pleaded guilty to Felony Hit and Run with Injury and was sentenced to 9 to 20 months suspended with 12 months supervised probation, and 48 hours community service.
♦ Maleek Somersall pleaded guilty to Felony Possession of Marijuana and was sentenced to 12 months supervised probation; substance abuse assessment and recommended treatment.
♦ Tristan Terry pleaded guilty to Felony Possession of Schedule VI Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 12 months supervised probation under N.C.G.S. 90-96; substance abuse assessment and recommended treatment.
♦ Thomas Turbiville pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and was sentenced to 12 months supervised probation under N.C.G.S. 90-96; substance abuse assessment and recommended treatment; community service.
♦ Paul Varner pleaded guilty to Possession of Cocaine and received a sentence of 10 to 21 months with 24 months supervised probation and a 17-day active split sentence; substance abuse assessment and recommended treatment.
♦ Amanda Wolowitz pleaded guilty to three counts of Misdemeanor Maintaining a Place for Controlled Substances and was sentenced to two consecutive 45-day sentences suspended with 18 months supervised probation; substance abuse assessment and recommended treatment; and 24 hours community service.
