District Attorney Sarah Kirkman announced the dispositions of the following cases in Iredell County Superior Court on December 14:
♦ Arianna Ashley pleaded guilty to Felony Possession of Methamphetamine pursuant to a 90-96 Conditional Discharge and received 12 months of probation, was ordered to obtain substance abuse assessment and complete any recommended treatment and complete 24 hours of community service.
♦ Brandy Black pleaded guilty to Felony Attempt to Obtain Controlled Substance by Fraud, Misdemeanor Simple Possession of Schedule III Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and was sentenced to 4 to 14 months suspended with 24 months of probation, six days active split sentence, and ordered to obtain substance abuse assessment and complete any recommended treatment.
♦ Joshua Brown pleaded guilty to Felony Possession of Methamphetamine and Driving While License Revoked and was sentenced to 4 to 14 months suspended with 12 months of probation, and ordered to obtain substance abuse assessment and complete any recommended treatment.
♦ Luckas Chambers pleaded guilty to Felony Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 4 to 14 months suspended with 18 months of probation, and ordered to serve a 30-day active split sentence, obtain substance abuse assessment and complete any recommended treatment.
♦ Matthew Cowan pleaded guilty to Felony Larceny and two counts of Felony Larceny of Motor Vehicle Parts and was sentenced to 10 to 30 months in prison. Defendant also admitted to a Probation Violation and was sentenced to 120 days active.
♦ Emmanuel Davidson pleaded guilty to Felony Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver a Schedule VI Controlled Substance, Felony Possession of Marijuana, Felony Maintaining a Place for Controlled Substances and Carrying Concealed Gun pursuant to a Conditional Discharge under N.C.G.S. 15A. He was sentenced to 18 months of probation, ordered to complete a substance abuse assessment and any recommended treatment, and ordered to complete 48 hours of community service. All monies seized were forfeited to U.S. Customs and/or Iredell County School Board pursuant to law; all firearms seized were to be surrendered to Iredell County Sheriff’s Office for their use/trade/sale.
♦ Daniel Escobar pleaded guilty to Felony Possession Marijuana and Felony Possession with Intenct to Sell or Deliver Marijuana pursuant to N.C.G.S. 15A Conditional Discharge and received 12 months of probation, was ordered to obtain a substance abuse assessment and complete any recommended treatment, and to complete 48 hours of community service.
♦ Amanda Fegter pleaded guilty to Felony Possession of Methamphetamine pursuant to Conditional Discharge under N.C.G.S. 90-96 and was sentenced to 12 months of probation, and ordered to obtain a substance abuse assessment and complete any recommended treatment.
♦ Joel Ford pleaded guilty to Felony Possession of Heroin and was sentenced to 8 to 19 months suspended with 18 months of probation, was ordered to serve a two-day active split sentence, and obtain a substance abuse assessment and complete any recommended treatment, and was ordered to reimburse the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office $402 for confirmatory lab testing.
♦ Sydney Huntley pleaded guilty to Felony Breaking or Entering to Terrorize pursuant to a Deferred Prosecution with 12 months of probation, was ordered to obtain a substance abuse assessment and complete any recommended treatment, and enroll in and successfully complete a course in anger management and have no contact with the victim.
♦ John Key pleaded guilty to two counts of Felony Possession of Methamphetamine and received two consecutive 4 to 14-month suspended sentences suspended, and ordered to obtain a substance abuse assessment and complete any recommended treatment.
♦ Jessica Krause pleaded guilty to Felony Hit and Run Causing Serious Injury and Driving While Impaired. She was sentenced on the Hit and Run to 5 to 15 months suspended with 24 months of probation and ordered to serve a nine-day active sentence. On the Driving While Impaired, the defendant was sentenced to 12 months suspended with 24 months of supervised probation and was ordered to serve a seven-day active sentence. She was ordered to obtain a substance abuse assessment and complete any recommended treatment and complete 72 hours of community service.
♦ Kenyatta Lindsey pleaded guilty to Felony Larceny and was sentenced to 20 to 33 months in prison.
♦ Naje McClendon pleaded guilty to Felony Larceny pursuant to a N.C.G.S. 15A Conditional Discharge and was sentenced to 12 months of probation and ordered to complete 24 hours of community service and pay monies toward restitution in the amount of $6,619.
♦ Onna McNease pleaded guilty to Felony Possession of a Stolen Motor Vehicle and was sentenced to 6 to 17 months in prison.
♦ Je’vairi Minor pleaded guilty to three counts of Misdemeanor Larceny and one count of Attempted Breaking or Entering a Motor Vehicle and was sentenced to two consecutive 45-day sentences suspended with 18 months of supervised probation, and was ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $719.
♦ Christina Norton pleaded guilty to Felony Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance and Possess Marijuana up to ½ oz pursuant to 90-96 Conditional Discharge and was sentenced to 12 months of probation, ordered to obtain asubstance abuse assessment and complete any recommended treatment and complete 48 hours of community service.
♦ Donald Owens pleaded guilty to Attempted Felony Larceny and was sentenced to 7 to 18 months in prison.
♦ Tylor Perry pleaded guilty to three counts of Felony Breaking or Entering a Motor Vehicle and four counts of AttemptedBreaking or Entering a Motor Vehicle and was sentenced to three consecutive 4 to 14 month suspended sentences with 24 months of probation and an active sentence of 10 days as a condition of probation, ordered to complete 48 hours of community service and have no contact with any victims.
♦ Zachary Richardson pleaded guilty to Felony Flee to Elude Arrest pursuant to a 15A Conditional Discharge. He was sentenced to 12 months of probation and ordered to complete 50 hours of community service.
♦ Ryan Russell pleaded guilty to Driving While Impaired, Felony Possession of a Schedule I Controlled Substance, Felony Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance and Possession of Cocaine and was sentenced to 18 months of probation, ordered to obtain a substance abuse assessment and complete any recommended treatment and complete 72 hours of community service.
♦ Steven Spell pleaded guilty to Driving While Impaired, Felony Possession of Methamphetamine, Misdemeanor Possession of a Schedule III Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. On the drug offenses, he was sentenced to 12 months of probation and ordered to obtain a substance abuse assessment and complete any recommended treatment and complete 48 hours of community service. On the DWI, he was sentenced to 60 days suspended and 12 months of probation.
♦ Christopher Squailia pleaded guilty to Felony Possession of Methamphetamine and sentenced to 4 to 14 months suspended with 18 months of probation. He was ordered to serve a three-day active split sentence and obtain a substance abuse assessment and complete any recommended treatment.
♦ Timothy Turner pleaded guilty to Felony Breaking or Entering and Felony Larceny and was sentenced to 8 to 19 months suspended for 18 months probation.
