The Mooresville Police Department reported the following felony arrests:
APRIL 18
♦ Zhanelah Brown, 19, of Parasol Tree Lane, Charlotte, charged with possession of stolen goods, flee to elude arrest and a misdemeanor driving offense.
♦ Jarell Emmanuel Gilmore, 19, of Walsh Boulevard, Charlotte, charged with possession of stolen goods.
APRIL 21
♦ Tou Phon Xiong, 35, of Rocky River Road, Charlotte, charged with fraud, possession of stolen goods and misdemeanor possession of stolen goods.
APRIL 22
♦ Andrew Dalton Smallwood, 23, of Freeze Crossing Drive, charged with possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell or deliver, and possession of a firearm by a felon.
APRIL 23
♦ Donnie Lee Cherry Jr., 34, of Gay Street, Statesville, charged with breaking or entering and larceny after breaking or entering.
♦ Zachary David Kutschenko, 37, of Oak Ridge Farm Highway, Mooresville, charged with possession of a controlled substance, sale or delivery of a controlled substance, and maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances.
APRIL 25
♦ Joshua Aldridge, 31, of Allred, Lexington, charged with possession of stolen property, possession of a schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Wesly Edward Austin, 32, of Doby Court, Grover, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, and a felony controlled substance offense.
♦ Kayla Kristine Tate, 31, of Allred Road, Lexington, charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, misdemeanor defrauding an innkeeper and a misdemeanor drug offense.
APRIL 28
♦ Brittini Nicole Beesley, 31, of Dovetail Drive, Mooresville, charged with obtaining property by false pretenses and forgery.
♦ Darwin Lee Markham, 57, of Carriage Club Drive, Mooresville, charged with second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor.
APRIL 29
♦ Tristan Lee Gabriel, 20, of Concordia Church, China Grove, charged with assault inflicting serious bodily injury.
