The Mooresville Police Department reported the following felony arrests:
AUGUST 19
♦ John Brandon Thompson, 35, of Beracah Road, Mooresville, charged with possession of stolen property, breaking or entering, fail to return a hired motor vehicle, speeding to elude arrest, misdemeanor injury to personal property and misdemeanor resist, obstruct or delay an officer.
AUGUST 20
♦ Eric Maurice Byers, 51, of Mock Road, Davidson, charged with possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Phillip William Kiser, 42, of Rocky River Road, Mooresville, charged with possession of a firearm by a felon and misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon.
AUGUST 21
♦ Joshua Albert Brown, 38, of Oak Leaf Circle, Cornelius, charged with larceny.
AUGUST 22
♦ Jennifer Elizabeth Hansbrough, 37, of E. Catawba Avenue, Mooresville, charged with conspiracy to obtain property by false pretenses and aid and abet larceny.
♦ Joseph Ephraim Killian, 37, of E. Catawba Avenue, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance.
AUGUST 23
♦ Darius Jacquine Caldwell, 32, ofr Boger Street, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule VI controlled substance.
♦ Jeremiah Nathaniel White, 26, of Ashe Street, Mooresville, charged with two counts of trafficking in cocaine, possession with intent to sell or deliver a controlled substance, and maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for the use or sale of a controlled substance.
AUGUST 24
♦ Justine Elizabeth Carlson, 30, of S. Main Street, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance.
♦ Jeffrey Martin Fox, 28, of E. Bland Street, Charlotte, charged with cruelty to animals.
AUGUST 25
♦ Marla Jean McDaniel, 48, of Oakridge Farm Road, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession with intent to sell or deliver a controlled substance, and maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for the sale or use of a controlled substance.
♦ Dominique Oneal Jackson, 33, of Jason Wolfe Court, Gastonia, charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver a controlled substance, possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, and two counts of sell or deliver a controlled substance.
♦ Matthew Mark Shumake, 39, of Young Street, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance.
AUGUST 27
♦ Brian Keith Cook, 49, of McKendree Road, Myrtle Beach, S.C., charged with two counts of assaulting emergency personnel with a deadly weapon inflicting bodily injury.
♦ Donald Eugene Owens Jr., 39, of Enochville Road, Kannapolis, charged with larceny from a merchant, misdemeanor resist, delay or obstruct an officer and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Jason Mark Anthony Towers II, 25, of Bobwhite Lane, Mooresville, charged with possession of burglar’s tools, misdemeanor communicating threats and a misdemeanor drug offense.
AUGUST 29
♦ Christopher Jermychel Berryman, 26, of Carlyle Road, Troutman, charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver a controlled substance, sell or deliver a controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Slater Ryan McCcray, 19, of Cover Creek Loop, Mooresville, charged with maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for the use or sale of controlled substances, possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Steven James Morrison, 27, of Freedom Park Lane, Statesville, charged with breaking and entering with intent to terrorize or injure, misdemeanor trespass, and misdemeanor resist, delay or obstruct an officer.
♦ Labryant Tremaine Nichols, 28, of Opal Street, Statesville, charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, trafficking in opium or heroin and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Richard Earl Russell Jr., 51, of Heglar Road, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
AUGUST 30
♦ Jordan Leigh Elliott, 31, of Kerr Street, Mooresville, charged with felony probation violation and misdemeanor probation violation.
♦ Anita Gail McAlpin, 54, of Coddle Creek Highway, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance, possession of a schedule II controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance in a local jail.
