The Mooresville Police Department reported the following felony arrests:
JUNE 3
♦ Markeith Kane Phifer, 26, of W. McLelland Avenue, Mooresville, charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Karma Margarita Ramirez, 26, of Picwyck Drive, Mooresville, charged with assaulting emergency personnel, assault inflicting physical injury on law enforcement personnel, and misdemeanor resist, delay or obstruct an officer.
JUNE 5
♦ Scottie Lane Baxter, 40, of Mundy Road, Denver, charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance and possession of a schedule II controlled substance.
JUNE 7
♦ Jeffrey Marquis Newberry, 56, of Crusoe Drive, Mooresville, charged with two counts of obtaining property by false pretenses.
JUNE 8
♦ Travis Dean Evans, 42, of Gamble Loop, Bessemer City, charged with possession of burglar’s tools, misdemeanor injury to personal property, and misdemeanor possession of stolen property.
♦ Julia Marie Flowers, 32, of Bolton Road, Catawba, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of stolen property and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Nicole Helen Jackson, 34, of Gold Street, Mooresville, charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule I controlled substance and possession of a schedule I controlled substance.
JUNE 9
♦ Garland Edward Hartsoe II, 48, of Morlan Park Road, Salisbury, charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance, two counts of possession of a schedule II controlled substance and possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance.
♦ William Alexzander Sherrod, 24, of NC Highway 18 South, Connelly Springs, charged with two counts of second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor.
JUNE 12
♦ April Yvonne Muncy, 51, of S. Easy Trail, Stanley, charged with breaking or entering and larceny after breaking or entering.
JUNE 13
♦ Montreall Sakeilo Barber, 30, of Talbert Woods Drive, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
JUNE 14
♦ Tyler Kenna Gillespie, 30, of Windbrook Drive, Troutman, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, misdemeanor trespass and and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Krystal Elaine Miller, 34, of Hickory-Lincolnton Highway, Newton, charged with obtaining property by false pretenses, possession of a schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.
