The Mooresville Police Department reported the following felony arrests:

MAY 21
♦ April Yvonne Muncy, 51, of S. Easy Trail, Stanley, charged with failure to return a hired motor vehicle, misdemeanor injury to personal property and misdemeanor communicating threats.

MAY 22
♦ Fenelus Edward Charles, 32, of Romare Bearden Drive, Charlotte, charged with possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, and possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance.

MAY 24
♦ Wade Wallace Doering II, 34, of Delargy Circle, Mooresville, charged with trafficking in amphetamines, possession with intent to sell or deliver schedule II controlled substance and maintain a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances.

♦ Jeffrey Wayne Greene, 55, of Town Square Circle, Mooresville, charged with breaking or entering to terrorize or injure, and misdemeanor assault.

♦ Garland Edward Hartsoe II, 48, of Morlan Park Road, Salisbury, charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver schedule I controlled substance, possession with intent to sell or deliver schedule II controlled substance and possession with intent to sell or deliver schedule VI controlled substance.

MAY 31
♦ Matthew Ryan Conner, 43, of Crescent Lake Shore Drive, Crescent City, Fla., charged with insurance fraud, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, and misdemeanor possession of a schedule VI controlled substance.

♦ Christopher Lee Hess, 27, of Mylinda Drive, Newton, charged with possession of a stolen vehicle, possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, and maintain a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances.
