♦ Conner Stillman, 24, of Statesville charged with felonious restraint.

OCTOBER 17
♦ Raymond Joseph Murty, 61, of Charlotte charged with identity theft.

OCTOBER 21
♦Anitra Marie Gregory, 35, of Statesville charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance and sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance.
