The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:
AUGUST 11
♦ David Michael Cole, 64, of Mills Forest Lane, Mooresville, charged with breaking or entering and misdemeanor larceny.
AUGUST 12
♦ Misty Lou Ferguson, 44, of Baker Street, Statesville, was served with a true bill felony indictment.
♦ Brent William Leach, 38, of Sailwinds Road, Mooresville, charged with hit and run involving injury and five misdemeanor traffic offenses.
♦ Jacob Aaron Sharpe, 25, of Marlo Loop, Troutman, charged with two counts of trafficking heroin, sell or deliver a schedule I controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Johann Stoltz, 78, of 3rd Street NE, Conover, charged with two counts of indecent liberties with children.
AUGUST 13
♦ Ronnie Eugene Burleson, 52, of Highway 324, Rock Hill, S.C., charged with two counts of trafficking heroin.
♦ Kaycee Lynn Pickle, 25, of Oakwood Avenue, Salisbury, charged with possession of cocaine, possession of a schedule I controlled substance and three misdemeanor drug offenses.
AUGUST 14
♦ Shanterry Elizabeth Torrence, 29, of NC Highway 801 S, Mocksville, charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill.
AUGUST 15
♦ Bradley Paul Hasson, 29, of Jinny Lane, Claremont, charged with three counts of trafficking in methamphetamine.
♦ Cynthia King, 57, of Honeysuckle Creek Loop, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule VI controlled substance.
♦ Jack Eugene Wilson Jr., 38, of Suzanne Lane, Statesville, charged with assault by strangulation inflicting serious injury, two counts of indecent liberties with a child, second-degree forcible sex offense, misdemeanor assault, two counts of misdemeanor child abuse and misdemeanor peeping into a room occupied by a female.
♦ Woody James Allison Jr., 41, of Rocky River Road, Mooresville, was served with two true bill felony indictments.
AUGUST 16
♦ Jason Daniel Luecht, 34, of Perth Road, Mooresville, charged with possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor child abandonment/nonsupport and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Rudolph Pierre Sinclair, 28, of Greenbriar Street, Bluefield, W.Va., charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver a controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
♦ William Tyrone Lowery Sr.., 51, of Brevard Street, Statesville, charged with three counts of sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, sell or deliver a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school, three counts of possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, two misdemeanor drug offenses and misdemeanor resist or delay an officer.
♦ Devin Lamarr Upchurch, 41, of Autumncrest Road, Huntersville, charged with breaking or entering a vehicle and misdemeanor larceny.
AUGUST 17
♦ Dustin Shane Bates, 33, of Trailway Drive, Statesville, charged with sex offender/fail to notify sheriff of address change.
♦ Jason Bart Johnson, 44, of Lefevers Road, Valdese, charged with larceny of a motor vehicle, felony flee/elude arrest, misdemeanor injury to real property, misdemeanor resist or delay an officer, and misdemeanor reckless driving with wanton disregard.
♦ Jordan Leo Pucci, 39, of South Main Street, Salisbury, charged with obtaining property by false pretenses.
AUGUST 18
♦ Robert James Dixon, 41, of Jasmine Circle, Troutman, charged with possession of a firearm by a felon.
♦ Richard Lee McDonald, 35, of Wooten Farm Road, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor drug offense.
