The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following felony arrests:
JULY 22
♦ Ervin Dewayne Alexander, 37, of Ogburn Avenue, Winston-Salem, charged with possession of a stolen motor vehicle and possession of a schedule II controlled substance, speeding to elude arrest, resist or delay an officer and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Shannon Meliea Bentley, 49, of Grainger Lane, Statesville, charged with two counts of identity theft.
JULY 23
♦ Ervin Dewayne Alexander, 37, of Ogburn Avenue, Winston-Salem, charged with larceny of a motor vehicle.
♦ Latavious Lamont Massey, 46, of Garvin Drive, Charlotte, charged with being a fugitive from justice.
♦ Brandon Rasheed Rankins, 27, of Prosperity Place, Statesville, charged with possession of a stolen vehicle and misdemeanor flee or elude arrest.
JULY 24
♦ Timothy Franklin WIng, 31, of Planters Lane, Rowan, charged with breaking or entering.
♦ Kate Buchanan Kelly, 42, of Barbary Drive, Statesville, charged with take or obtain a financial transaction card and misdemeanor larceny.
JULY 25
♦ Timothy Scott Anderson, 61, of Skyuka Road, Statesville, charged with sex offender at or near child premises.
JULY 26
♦ Kevin James Gambrell, 46, of Beauty Street, Statesville, charged with sex offender/fail to notify sheriff of changes to online ID and sex offender/fail to notify sheriff of address change.
♦ Hannah Elizabeth Hawkins, 37, of Mayhew Park Lane, Mooresville, charged with alter, destroy or remove a serial number from a firearm and possession of a firearm by a felon.
♦ Jesse T. Malaney, 34, of Swan Street, Schenectady, N.Y., charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver a controlled substance, possession of a cocaine and three misdemeanor drug offenses.
JULY 27
♦ Melanie Nicole Smith, 29, of Foxcroft Lane, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession with intent to sell or deliver a controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
♦ Justin Matthew Upright, 29, of Ellick Drive, Newton, was served with a true bill felony indictment.
JULY 28
♦ Kira Holly James, 40, of Overcash Road, Troutman, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and four misdemeanor drug offenses.
