The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:
MAY 13
♦ Matthew Tyler Marsh, 30, of N. Lackey Street, Statesville, charged with sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance and possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance.
MAY 14
♦ Billy Joseph Atwell, 40, of Robinhood Loop, Statesville, charged with two counts of possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule III controlled substance, and two counts of sell or deliver a schedule III controlled substance.
♦ Jonathan Tyler Bennett, 27, of Duck Creek Road, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Donnell Fredrick Stribling, 40, of 7th Street, Statesville, charged with possession with intent to manufacture a schedule II controlled substance, maintain a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, a misdemeanor drug offense, misdemeanor resist or delay an officer, and misdemeanor flee to elude arrest.
♦ Jacob Wayne Warren, 29, of Kidd Court, Statesville, charged with possession with intent to manufacture a schedule III controlled substance and a misdemeanor controlled substance.
MAY 16
♦ Taylor Lenea Godshall, 22, of 23rd Street NW, Hickory, charged with five counts of trafficking heroin, possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Ernest Jerome Robinson, 43, of Eves Lane, Statesville, was served with a true bill felony indictment.
♦ Erin Ashley Thompson, 47, of E. Bandys Cross Road, Catawba, charged with conspiracy to traffic narcotics.
MAY 17
♦ Joshua Albert Brown, 39, of Lipe Road, Troutman, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and four misdemeanor drug offenses.
♦ Erica Babson Irwin, 39, of Ken Lane, Statesville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, a misdemeanor drug violation and misdemeanor probation violation.
♦ April Ann Mosley, 23, of Fayerdale Drive, Stuart, Va., charged with being a fugitive from justice.
♦ June Jerome Renegar, 47, of Lipe Road, Troutman, charged with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ David Todd Watson, 51, of Miller Farm Road, Statesville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.
MAY 18
♦ Joshua Albert Brown, 39, of Lipe Road, Troutman, charged with two counts of possession of a schedule I controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Casey Dawn Garrett, 31, of Lakewind Drive, Mooresville, charged with breaking or entering.
♦ Amber Delaine Neeley, 47, of no fixed address, Charlotte, charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
♦ Michael McLain Raymer Jr., 34, of Beatty Avenue, Mooresville, charged with conspiracy to break or enter a building.
MAY 19
♦ Eric Arnell Blackwood, 51, of Shelton Avenue, Statesville, was served with a true bill felony indictment.
♦ Jesse James Hill, 46, of Brawley Avenue, Mooresville, charged with registered sex offender on school property and felony parole violation.
♦ William Henry Sipes Jr., 35, of Suzanne Lane, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor drug offense.
MAY 20
Patrick Eugene Allred, 47, of S. Chipley Ford Road, Statesville, charged with possession of a firearm by a felon.
Carie Michelle Carlson, 52, of Turn Stone Court, Charlotte, charged with five counts of obtaining property by false pretenses.
All the drug offenders listed weekly should indicate that our justice system is severely broken. When will punishments get tougher to prevent these same crimes from happening?
