The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following felony arrests:
MAY 21
♦ James Devon Overcash, 26, of Pondasuzie Drive, Statesville, charged with possession of heroin, two misdemeanor drug offenses, and misdemeanor breaking or entering.
♦ Andre Lamonte Shephard Jr., 32, of Margaret Drive, Statesville, charged with felony probation violation.
♦ Elizabeth Shianna Warren, 22, of Kidd Court, Statesville, charged with possession of heroin, a misdemeanor drug offense and misdemeanor breaking or entering.
MAY 22
♦ Donnie Lee Cherry, 36, of Ashley Brook Lane, Statesville, was served with a true bill felony indictment.
♦ Kenneth David Colten McCleese, 30, of Woodhaven Drive, Statesville, charged with breaking or entering an safecracking.
MAY 24
♦ Christopher Jermychel Berryman, 27, of Brantley Street, Mooresville, charged with flee to elude arrest, misdemeanor fictitious or revoked registration card, and misdemeanor child abandonment.
♦ Franklin Casey Deal, 36, of Elmwood Road, Statesville, charged with larceny and misdemeanor trespass.
MAY 25
♦ Eric Allen Moore, 38, of E. Memorial Highway, Harmony, charged with felony probation violation.
MAY 26
♦ Chance Landon Choate, 18, of Brumley Road, Mooresville, charged with breaking or entering, misdemeanor assault on a law enforcement officer, assault, vandalism, resist or obstruct an officer, disorderly conduct, interfere with emergency communications, and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Stephanie Dawn Hamby, 33, of N. Church Street, Mooresville, was served with a true bill felony indictment.
