♦ Christopher Mark Beeler, 47, of Cottonwood Park Drive, Charlotte, charged with larceny, conspire to commit felony larceny and possession of stolen goods.
♦ Matthew Tyler Marsh, 30, of N. Lackey Street, Statesville, charged with breaking or entering and larceny after breaking or entering.
MAY 28
♦ Matthew Orren Fuller, 40, of Charlotte Highway, Mooresville, charged with breaking or entering and larceny after breaking or entering.
♦ Jeffery Lynn Holmes, 39, of Sullivan Road, Statesville, charged with possession of cocaine, maintain a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and three misdemeanor drug offenses.
MAY 29
♦ James Devon Overcash 26, of Pondasuzie Drive, Statesville, charged with breaking or entering and larceny after breaking or entering.
♦ Julius Waheed Reynolds, 22, of Third Creek Road, Statesville, charged with breaking or entering and larceny after breaking or entering.
MAY 31
♦ Ryan Nii Ayitey Aryeetey, 28, of Cross Dale Drive, Huntersville, charged with flee/elude arrest, misdemeanor reckless driving with want disregard and misdemeanor speeding.
♦ Lee Roy Moreno, 38, of Overcash Road, Troutman, charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
♦ Trevor Max Rhodes, 22, of Imperial Heights Road, Statesville, charged with assault by strangulation inflicting serious injury and misdemeanor communicating threats.
JUNE 1
♦ Anthony Cornelius Lane, 51, of W. Forrest Grove Road, Vineland, N.J., charged with two counts of trafficking cocaine, two counts of possession with intent to sell or deliver a controlled substance, trafficking marijuana and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Tanisha Lashay-Davis Marshall, 40, of Oak Knoll Drive, Statesville, charged with felony stalking and misdemeanor violation of a Domestic Violence Protection Order.
♦ Steven Lamont Morrison, 54, of Hall Drive, Statesville, charged with four counts of trafficking heroin, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, and sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance.
♦ William Herbert Pennell IV, 31, of West End Avenue, Statesville, charged with two counts of breaking or entering a place of worship, four counts of safecracking, four counts of breaking or entering, breaking or entering a motor vehicle, larceny of a firearm, three counts of larceny after breaking or entering, and four counts of misdemeanor vandalism to real property.
♦ Matthew Lee Scouten, 41, of Hager Point Lane, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance.

♦ Eric Donnelle Cherry, 52,of Joe Rankin Road, Mt. Ulla, charged with two counts of possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance.
♦ Lucas Nathaniel Coombes, 19, of Sain Road, Statesville, charged with maintain a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule I controlled substance, and possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance.
♦ Chaise Arnold Jordan Dameron, 20, of Sain Road, Statesville, charged with maintain a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances.
♦ Davion Domonic Peterson, 27, of Elks Shoal Church Road, Alexander, charged with maintain a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor drug offense.
JUNE 3
♦ Jarnell Ty’rek Bailey, 38, of Spring Shore Road, Statesville, charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule I controlled substance and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
♦ Ian Timothy Bass, 20, of Clermont Avenue, Kannapolis, charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon, assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury and larceny of a firearm.
♦ Derek Ross Fletcher, 39, of Trolley Run Drive, Cornelius, charged with possession of cocaine and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Deltrich Lamone Lewis, 24, of W. C Street, Newton, charged with three counts of sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, sell or deliver a schedule I controlled substance, three counts of possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, and possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule I controlled substance.
JUNE 6
♦ Franklin Casey Deal, 36, of Elmwood Road, Statesville, charged with two counts of larceny of a motor vehicle and misdemeanor injury to personal property.
♦ Jay Allen Miller, 41, of Thyme Lane, Statesville, charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule III controlled substance and sell or deliver a schedule III controlled substance.
JUNE 7
♦ Rakeem Ronnell Hedrington, 33, of Cory Avenue, Concord, charged with possession of a firearm by a felon and larceny of a motor vehicle.
♦ Jennifer Hall Laswell, 44, of Kendall Road, Troutman, charged with conspiracy to sell narcotics, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance and possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance.
♦ Carlton Ross Thomas, 52, of N. Glenwood Drive, Tampa, Fla., was served with a true bill felony indictment.

♦ Eric Shannon Myers, 44, of Dakota Street, Kannapolis, charged with possession of a controlled substance in a local jail and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
