The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following felony arrests:
OCTOBER 6
♦ Elvin Joel Rios Lopez, 30, of 6th Avenue, Hickory, charged with two counts of indecent liberties with children and misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
♦ Ralph Bunch Washington, 35, of Meadows Court, Statesville, charged with sex offender/fail to notify sheriff of address change.
OCTOBER 7
♦ Christopher Brandon Gay, 37, of Shinnville Road, Cleveland, charged with sex offender near child premises and felony probation violation.
OCTOBER 8
♦ Joshua Thomas Byers, 31, of Millsaps Road, Mooresville, charged with possession of cocaine, possession of a stolen firearm, possession of a firearm by a felon, alter or destroy evidence of criminal conduct and misdemeanor resist or delay an officer.
♦ Amy Nichole Shoemaker, 41, of Forest Hollow Drive, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and a misdemeanor drug offense.
OCTOBER 9
♦ Brett Patrick Moir, 33, of Log Cabin Road, Statesville, charged with felony probation violation.
OCTOBER 10
♦ Lance Tyler Loper, 25, of Leaping Brook Lane, Lincolnton, charged with two counts of transport/possess five or more counterfeit instruments, two counts of obtaining property by false pretenses and misdemeanor assault on a female.
♦ Robbie Dale Sigmon, 51, of Island Ford Road, Statesville, charged with insurance fraud.
OCTOBER 11
♦ Luis Felipe Flores Castillo, 31, of Green Meadow Lane, Statesville, charged with second-degree kidnapping and misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
♦ Stacy Lee Hylton, 48, of Greenland Drive, Statesville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of a schedule III controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Junior Leigh Jarvis, 32, of Diner Lane, Statesville, charged with first-degree burglary and larceny after breaking or entering.
OCTOBER 12
♦ Tiffany Rene Dowling, 37, of Danial Street, Hickory, charged with possession of methamphetamine and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
♦ Benjamin Allan Lawrence, 22, of Leonard Street, Mooresville, charged with sex offender residence limitation violation.
♦ John Edward Zeletski, 43, of Boger Street, Mooresville, charged with sex offender/fail to notify sheriff of address change.
OCTOBER 13
♦ Dairel Odas Dugger Jr., 49, of Race Street, Statesville, charged with sell or deliver a schedule III controlled substance and possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule III controlled substance.
