The following cases involving H & I felony charges were disposed of in Iredell County District Court on September 27:
♦ Lynette Aldridge pleaded guilty to two counts of Obtaining Property by False Pretenses, Felony Interfering with Electronic Monitoring Device, Felony Flee to Elude Arrest, Driving While Impaired and Misdemeanor Larceny. She was sentenced to 20-33 months in prison plus two consecutive, suspended sentences of 8-19 months. She also received a sentence of 9-20 months in prison for a probation violation.
♦ Billy Atwell pleaded guilty to two counts of Sell or Deliver Schedule III Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 8-19 months suspended.
♦ Tyler Bryson pleaded guilty to Misdemeanor Obstruction of Justice, Violation of a Domestic Violence Protective Order and Driving While Impaired. He was sentenced to 150 days suspended and 24 months suspended with an active split sentence of 30 days in jail. He also received a sentence of 45 days in jail for a probation violation.
♦ Michael Busby pleaded guilty to Felony Larceny of a Motor Vehicle and was sentenced to 9-20 months suspended.
♦ Carie Carlson pleaded guilty to two counts of Obtaining Property by False Pretenses and was sentenced to two consecutive, suspended sentences of 8-19 months.
♦ Kevin Conlon pleaded guilty to two counts of Felony Violation of a Domestic Violence Protective Order and was sentenced to 15-27 months in prison.
♦ Lakelia Dickey pleaded guilty to Felony Larceny and Felony Possession of Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 13-25 months in prison.
♦ Christopher Futrell pleaded guilty to Felony Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 5-15 months suspended.
♦ Tony Hedrick pleaded guilty to two counts of Sell or Deliver Schedule III Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 6-17 months suspended.
♦ Ashanti Jackson pleaded guilty to Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Cocaine and was sentenced to 8-19 months suspended.
♦ Allante Jennings pleaded guilty to Felony Carrying Concealed Gun and Driving While Impaired and was sentenced to 5-15 months suspended.
♦ Casey Kerley pleaded guilty to Misdemeanor Larceny and Misdemeanor Solicit to Obtain Property by False Pretenses and was sentenced to two consecutive, suspended sentences of 120 days.
♦ Michael McFadyen pleaded guilty to Felony Possession of Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 4-14 months suspended.
♦ Brandon Morten pleaded guilty to Felony Possession of Marijuana and was sentenced to 4-14 months suspended.
♦ Matthew Rowell pleaded guilty pursuant to Alford to Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 5-15 months suspended.
♦ Ryan Sousa pleaded guilty pursuant to Alford to Felony Flee to Elude Arrest and was sentenced to 15-27 months suspended.
♦ Damien Mackins pleaded guilty to Felony Habitual Larceny and was sentenced to 16-29 months in prison.
