District Attorney Sarah Kirkman’s Office reported dispositions in the following cases during the March 22 session of H & I Felony District Court:
♦ Robert Autry pleaded guilty to Felony Breaking or Entering a Motor Vehicle, Interfering with Gas or Electric Device and Aid and Abet Misdemeanor Larceny and was sentenced to 9 to 20 months in prison.
♦ Chris Bolch pleaded guilty to Felony Possession of Methamphetamine and received a suspended sentence of 4 to 14 months.
♦ Kristen Bolch pleaded guilty to Felony Possession of Methamphetamine and received a suspended sentence of 4 to 4 months.
♦ Michael Christy pleaded guilty to Felony Breaking or Entering and Felony Larceny and was sentenced to 12 to 24 months suspended with a 118-day split jail sentence.
♦ Phillip Church pleaded guilty to two counts of Felony Breaking or Entering, Felony Larceny, Felony Possession of Methamphetamine, Misdemeanor Larceny and Misdemeanor Possession of Stolen Goods. He received two consecutive sentences of 11 to 23 months in prison.
♦ Sheena Dunford pleaded guilty to Felony Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance, Misuse of 911 and Misdemeanor Possession of Schedule IV Controlled Substance. She was sentenced to 4 to 14 months suspended.
♦ Robin Edwards pleaded guilty to Felony Possession of Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 4 to 14 months suspended.
♦ Tyrone Felder pleaded guilty to Felony Flee to Elude Arrest and Felony Maintaining a Place for Controlled Substances and was sentenced to 15 to 27 months plus 9 to 20 months suspended.
♦ Ricky Gibbs pleaded guilty to two counts of Sell or Deliver Schedule IV Controlled Substance and Driving While Impaired. He was sentenced to 7 to 18 months suspended with a 13-day split jail sentence and 12 months suspended with a seven-day active jail sentence.
♦ Ricky Hall pleaded guilty to Felony Possession of Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 7 to 18 months suspended.
♦ Robert Hubbard pleaded guilty to Felony Breaking or Entering and Felony Larceny and was sentenced to 16 to 29 months in prison.
♦ Kristina McCullough pleaded guilty to Felony Possession of a Stolen Motor Vehicle and was sentenced to 8 to 19 months in prison.
♦ Christopher Reavis pleaded guilty to Felony Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 10 to 21 months suspended.
♦ Greg Smyre pleaded guilty to Felony Habitual Misdemeanor Assault and was sentenced to 13 to 25 months suspended.
♦ Rasheeda Timmons pleaded guilty to Felony larceny and was sentenced to 6 to 17 months suspended.
♦ Jenny White pleaded guilty to Felony Obtaining Property by False Pretenses and was sentenced to 12 to 24 months suspended.
♦ John Zeletski pleaded guilty to Felony Obtaining Property by False Pretenses and was sentenced to 8 to 19 months suspended.
