District Attorney Sarah Kirkman’s Office reported dispositions in the following cases during the May 10 term of H & I Felony District Court:
♦ Jessica Black pleaded guilty to Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Schedule IV Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and was sentenced to 5-15 months suspended.
♦ Robert Brown pleaded guilty to Misdemeanor Solicit to Obtain Property by False Pretenses and was sentenced to 45 days suspended.
♦ Jayonta Davis pleaded guilty to Felony Flee to Elude Arrest and Misdemeanor Maintaining a Place for Controlled Substances and was sentenced to 5-15 months suspended.
♦ Somer Fox pleaded guilty to three counts of Misdemeanor Attempted Assault Causing Physical Injury to Emergency Personnel and was sentenced to 60 days suspended.
♦ Marcus Parks pleaded guilty Felony Larceny of Motor Vehicle and Misdemeanor Possession of Stolen Goods and was sentenced to 45 days in jail followed by 12-24 months suspended.
♦ Scott Pickney pleaded guilty to Misdemeanor Larceny and was sentenced to 45 days suspended.
♦ Daphne Rincon Gonzalez pleaded guilty to Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and was sentenced to 45 days suspended.
♦ Sharon Robbins pleaded guilty to Obtaining Property by False Pretenses and was sentenced to 9-20 months suspended.
♦ Najee Sanders pleaded no contest to Attempted Obtaining Property by False Pretenses and was sentenced to 4-14 months in prison.
♦ Roland Simmons pleaded guilty to Felony Habitual Misdemeanor Assault and was sentenced to 20-33 months in prison.
♦ Christopher Walker pleaded guilty to two counts of Felony Financial Card Theft and six counts of Felony Breaking or Entering a Motor Vehicle and was sentenced to four consecutive suspended sentences of 5-15 months.
♦ James Wilson pleaded guilty to Felony Possession of Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 4-14 months suspended with a split sentence of 10 days in jail.
