District Attorney Sarah Kirkman’s Office announced that the following cases were disposed of in Iredell County District Court recently:
♦ Ryan Adams pleaded guilty to Felony Flee to Elude Arrest and three counts of Felony Larceny. He was sentenced to 12 to 24 months in prison, followed by three suspended sentences of 15 to 27 months.
♦ Matthew Suber pleaded guilty to Sale of Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 15 to 27 months in prison.
♦ Jennifer Benfield pleaded guilty to Felony Possession of Heroin and was sentenced to 6 to 17 months suspended.
♦ Jamel Boyce pleaded guilty to Felony Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Marijuana and was sentenced to 6 to 17 months suspended.
♦ Joseph Carrera pleaded guilty to Misdemeanor Possession of Schedule III Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and was sentenced to time served in custody.
♦ Bailey Clark pleaded guilty to Driving While Impaired and was sentenced to 24 months suspended with a 30-day sentence in jail.
♦ Dana Gray pleaded guilty to Felony Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Marijuana and Felony Possession of Marijuana and received a sentence of 4 to 14 months suspended.
♦ Armani Llanos pleaded guilty to Felony Flee to Elude Arrest and was sentenced to 6 to 17 months suspended.
♦ Marla McDaniel (Lytle) pleaded guilty to two counts of Felony Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Methamphetamine and received two consecutive sentences of 8 to 19 months suspended.
♦ Ralph McJunkins pleaded guilty to two counts of Felony Obtaining Property by False Pretenses and three counts of Uttering Forged ♦ Instrument/Currency. He was sentenced to two 10 to 21 month suspended sentences and one 8-19 month suspended sentence with a split sentence of 45 days in custody.
♦ Trisha Nelson pleaded guilty to Felony Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Schedule I Controlled Substance and Felony Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Methamphetamine. She was sentenced to two consecutive sentences of 9 to 20 months in prison.
♦ Bobby Potts pleaded guilty to Felony Breaking or Entering, Misdemeanor Breaking or Entering and two counts of Misdemeanor Larceny and was sentenced to 8 to 19 months suspended.
♦ Shyheim Summers pleaded guilty to Misdemeanor Possession of Marijuana and Carrying a Concealed Gun and was sentenced to 45 days, suspended for 12 months, supervised probation.
