District Attorney Sarah Kirkman’s Office reported dispositions in the following cases during recent terms of Iredell County Superior Court:
♦ Wesley Summers pleaded guilty to Assault on a Female and was sentenced to 60 days suspended.
♦ Joshua Lambert pleaded guilty to 12 counts of Third-Degree Sexual Exploitation of Child and was sentenced to three consecutive suspended sentences of 5-15 months and must register as a sex offender.
♦ Calvin Daniels pleaded guilty to Trafficking in Cocaine and Possession of Firearm by Felon and was sentenced to 35-51 months in prison and was ordered to pay a fine of $50,000 for the Trafficking offense.
♦ Maurice Gordon pleaded guilty to Identity Theft, two counts of Obtaining Property by False Pretenses and Misdemeanor Larceny. He was sentenced to 15-27 months and 9-20 months with an active split sentence of eight months in jail.
♦ Brian Andrews pleaded guilty to Attempted Conspiracy to Traffic Methamphetamine, Sell or Deliver Schedule II Controlled Substance, Felony Breaking or Entering, Felony Larceny and Habitual Misdemeanor Assault and was sentenced to 27-42 months in prison.
♦ Octavious Allen pleaded guilty to Obtaining Property by False Pretenses and was sentenced to 6-17 months suspended.
♦ Travis Smith pleaded guilty to Sex Offender on Child Premises and Indecent Exposure and was sentenced to 19-32 months in prison.
♦ Malik Marshall-Hardy pleaded guilty to two counts of Sell or Deliver Schedule II Controlled Substance and was sentenced to two consecutive suspended sentences of 13-25 months.
♦ Freddie Moser pleaded guilty to Misdemeanor Larceny and was sentenced to nine days in jail.
♦ Aaron Geer pleaded guilty to Sexual Battery and Felony Child Abuse. He was sentenced to 12-24 months suspended with an active split sentence of 24 days in jail. He is also required to register as a sex offender.
♦ Kyle McKay pleaded guilty to Second-Degree Exploitation of Child and Third-Degree Exploitation of Child and was sentenced to 20-33 months suspended. He is also required to register as a sex offender.
♦ Paul Hildebran pleaded guilty to Second-Degree Kidnapping and Violation of Domestic Violence Protection Order and was sentenced to 23-40 months suspended with an active split sentence of five months in jail.
♦ Eric Wilson pleaded guilty to Possession of Firearm by Felon and Assault on a Female and was sentenced to 17-30 months plus 60 days suspended.
♦ Johnathon Bennett pleaded guilty to two counts of Felony Possession of Methamphetamine and one count of Misdemeanor Larceny and was sentenced to 8-19 months in prison. He also received a sentence of 6-17 months in prison for a felony probation violation.
♦ Clifford Willis pleaded guilty to Possession of Firearm by Felon and was sentenced to 8-19 months suspended.
♦ Trinity Drumm pleaded guilty to Conspiracy to Commit Robbery with Dangerous Weapon and was sentenced to 24-41 months suspended.
♦ Adam Evans pleaded guilty to Possession of Firearm by Felon and was sentenced to 10-21 months suspended.
♦ Terry Funderburk pleaded guilty to Trafficking in Opiates and was sentenced to 70-93 months in prison.
♦ James Hamilton pleaded guilty to Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Marijuana and was sentenced to 11-23 months suspended.
♦ Michael Morrison pleaded guilty to two counts of Misdemeanor Larceny and Solicit Prostitution and was sentenced to two consecutive suspended sentences of 120 days.
♦ Charles Lyons pleaded guilty to Felony Breaking or Entering, Possession of Stolen Firearm, Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Methamphetamine and was sentenced to two consecutive suspended sentences of 6-17 months.
♦ Eric Blackwood pleaded guilty to Sell Cocaine and Sell Marijuana and was sentenced to 25-39 months in prison.
♦ Edward Mersfelder pleaded guilty to two counts of Sell or Deliver Counterfeit Controlled Substance and was sentenced to two consecutive suspended sentences of 6-17 months.
♦ Omar Garcia-Moctezuma pleaded guilty to Possession of Cocaine and was sentenced to 5-15 months suspended.
♦ Sidney Mitchell pleaded guilty to Assault with Deadly Weapon Inflicting Serious Injury and was sentenced to 26-44 months in prison.
