District Attorney Sarah Kirkman’s Office announced dispositions of the following felony cases during recent terms of Iredell County Superior Court:
♦ Billy Smith pleaded guilty to Felony Breaking or Entering and Felony Larceny and was sentenced to 6-17 months in prison. He was also sentenced to 4-14 months in prison for a Felony Probation Violation.
♦ Taylor Godshall pleaded guilty to Trafficking in Opium/Heroin, Conspiracy to Traffic and Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Schedule II Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 70-93 months in prison and was ordered to pay a $50,000 fine.
♦ Laronza Hart pleaded guilty to Possession of Firearm by Felon and was sentenced to 31-47 months in prison.
♦ Jackson Clark pleaded guilty to two counts of Second-Degree Burglary, Larceny of Firearm and Conspiracy. He was sentenced to 10-21 months, plus 18-21 months, plus 10-21 months suspended.
♦ Chelsea Millsaps pleaded guilty to two counts of Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Heroin and Assault Inflicting Serious Bodily Injury and was sentenced to 20-33 months in prison.
♦ Quadir Glaspy pleaded guilty to Discharging Weapon into Occupied Property and two counts of Assault with Deadly Weapon with Intent to Kill and was sentenced to 36-56 months in prison.
♦ Lane Perry pleaded guilty to Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 5-15 months in prison.
