The following cases were heard recently during H & I Felony District Court in Iredell County:
♦ Gregory Ayers pleaded guilty to Misdemeanor Domestic Violence Protective Order Violation and was sentenced to 150 days suspended.
♦ John Bullington pleaded guilty to Felony Possession of Stolen Motor Vehicle and was sentenced to 13-25 months in prison.
♦ Jesse Cartrette pleaded guilty to Felony Possession of Stolen Firearm and Felony Possession of Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 8-19 months suspended.
♦ Donna Fernandez pleaded guilty to Obtaining Property by False Pretenses and was sentenced to 15-27 months in prison.
♦ Jose Galarza pleaded guilty to Driving While Impaired and was sentenced to 60 days suspended.
♦ Kristian Godfrey pleaded guilty to Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and was sentenced to 45 days suspended.
♦ Adam Harrah pleaded guilty to Assault by Strangulation and two counts of Interfere with Electronic Monitoring Device and was sentenced to 8-19 months plus two consecutive 45-day sentences suspended.
♦ William Jarvis pleaded guilty to Felony Habitual Assault and was sentenced to 10-21 months suspended.
♦ Dennis Jones pleaded guilty to Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and was sentenced to three days in jail.
♦ Vincent Jones pleaded guilty to three counts of Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Methamphetamine and one count of Felony Possession of Methamphetamine and was sentenced to three consecutive sentences of 15-27 months in prison.
♦ Meaghan Snow pleaded guilty to Obtaining Property by False Pretenses and was sentenced to 11-23 months suspended with an active split sentence of three days in jail.
♦ Daniel Zelo pleaded guilty to four counts of Burning Personal Property and was sentenced to 4-14 months in prison, followed by two consecutive, suspended sentences of 7-18 months.
♦ Andrew Anderson pleaded guilty to Felony Possession of Stolen Motor Vehicle and Felony Break or Enter Motor Vehicle and was sentenced to 11-13 months in prison.
♦ Katie Buckner pleaded guilty to Felony Larceny and Misdemeanor Larceny and was sentenced to 15-27 months suspended.
♦ Sarah Burris pleaded guilty to Larceny by Employee and was sentenced to 8-19 months suspended.
♦ Yanina Carmona pleaded guilty to Felony Larceny from the Person and was sentenced to 5-15 months suspended with an active split sentence of 10 days in jail.
♦ Bridget Carrigan pleaded guilty to Felony Failure to Report/Conceal Death and was sentenced to 4-14 months suspended.
♦ Erick Cordova pleaded guilty to Felony Break or Enter Motor Vehicle and Misdemeanor Larceny and was sentenced to 6-17 months suspended with an active split sentence of 30 days in jail.
♦ Hayley Deissroth pleaded guilty to Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Heroin and Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Cocaine and was sentenced to 6-17 months suspended.
♦ Jessica Drummond pleaded guilty to Felony Possession of Stolen Motor Vehicle and was sentenced to 6-17 months suspended.
♦ Indeyah Jackson pleaded guilty to Felony Flee to Elude Arrest and was sentenced to 5-15 months suspended with and active split sentence of three days in jail.
♦ John Latham pleaded guilty to Resisting an Officer and was sentenced to 30 days in jail.
♦ Travis Moore pleaded no contest to Felony Possession of Cocaine and was sentenced to 7-18 months suspended.
♦ Richard Ornate-Bacho pleaded guilty to Felony Larceny from the Person and was sentenced to 5-15 months suspended.
♦ William Roberts pleaded guilty to Felony Larceny and was sentenced to 8-19 months suspended with an active split sentence of 30 days in jail.
♦ Edward Rodriguez pleaded guilty to Misdemeanor Domestic Criminal Trespass and Injury to Personal Property and was sentenced to 45 days suspended.
♦ Jaketa Simmons pleaded guilty to Obtaining Property by False Pretenses and was sentenced to 9-20 months suspended with an active split sentence of 30 days in jail.
♦ Elizabeth Warren pleaded guilty to Obtaining Property by False Pretenses, Felony Possession of Heroin and Misdemeanor Breaking or Entering and was sentenced to 10-21 months suspended.
♦ Christopher Walker pleaded guilty to Felony Possession of Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 6-17 months suspended.
♦ Johnathon White pleaded guilty pursuant to Alford to Felony Larceny and was sentenced to 6-17 months in prison.
