District Attorney Sarah Kirkman’s Office reported dispositions in the following cases in H&I Felony District Court on January 11:
♦ Kacie Allen pleaded guilty to Felony Possession of Methamphetamine and received a sentence of 6 to 17 months in prison suspended.
♦ Norman Carthens pleaded guilty to two counts of Felony Financial Card Theft and received a sentence of 9 to 20 months in prison suspended with a split sentence of 90 days in custody.
♦ Karen Childers pleaded guilty to Felony Possession of Methamphetamine and received a sentence of 4 to 14 months in prison suspended.
♦ William Christy pleaded guilty to Felony Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 6 to 17 months in prison suspended with a split sentence of 89 days in custody.
♦ Ricky Eberhart pleaded guilty to Felony Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Cocaine and Driving While License Revoked – Impaired Revocation and was sentenced to 15 to 27 months in prison suspended.
♦ Jerry Elliot pleaded guilty to two counts of Felony Larceny and was sentenced to 20 to 33 months in prison.
♦ Steven Fish pleaded guilty to Felony Attempted Larceny of a Motor Vehicle and was sentenced to 8 to 19 months in prison.
♦ Jason Furr pleaded guilty to Felony Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Marijuana and was sentenced to 6 to 17 months in prison suspended.
♦ Derek Gambrell pleaded guilty to Felony Obstruction of Justice and was sentenced to 8 to 19 months in prison suspended.
♦ Cody Groce pleaded guilty to Misdemeanor Breaking or Entering, Misdemeanor Attempted Breaking or Entering a Motor Vehicle and First-Degree Trespass and was sentenced to 120 days in prison suspended with a split sentence of 30 days in custody.
♦ Laheim Johnson pleaded guilty to Felony Possession of Cocaine and was sentenced to 4 to 14 months in prison suspended.
♦ Matthew Logan pleaded guilty to Felony Possession of Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 4 to 14 months in prison.
♦ Sandra Menneg pleaded guilty to Felony Attempted Possession of a Stolen Motor Vehicle and was sentenced to 9 to 20 months in prison suspended with a split sentence of 20 days in custody.
