District Attorney Sarah Kirkman’s Office reported dispositions in the following cases during the January 10, 2022, term of Iredell County Superior Court:
♦ Matthew Conner pleaded guilty to Misdemeanor Solicitation to Commit Insurance Fraud, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Marijuana. He was sentenced to two consecutive suspended sentences of 120 days.
♦ Dustin Davis pleaded guilty to three counts of Felony Larceny by Removal of Anti-Theft Device and received a sentence of 10 to 20 months in prison.
♦ Thomas Redfield pleaded guilty to Assault on a Female and was sentenced to 75 days suspended.
♦ Madison Moore pleaded guilty to Involuntary Manslaughter and was sentenced to 16 to 29 months suspended.
♦ Ryan Bush pleaded guilty to Felony Possession of Cocaine and was sentenced to 6 to 17 months suspended.
♦ Timothy Easterling pleaded guilty to Malicious Conduct by a Prisoner, Assault on a Law Enforcement Officer Inflicting Physical Injury, Habitual Misdemeanor Assault and Assault on a Law Enforcement Officer and was sentenced to 30 to 45 months in prison at the expiration of 20 to 33 months in prison.
♦ Cameron Burleyson pleaded guilty to Sell or Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 12 to 24 months suspended.
♦ Jadarian Davis pleaded guilty to two counts of Possession of More than One-Half Ounce, up to One and One-Half Ounces of Marijuana and was sentenced to consecutive, suspended 120-day sentences.
♦ Michael Stevenson pleaded guilty to Resisting a Public Officer and was sentenced to 45 days suspended.
♦ Christopher Thomas pleaded guilty to Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Marijuana and was sentenced to two days in custody.
♦ James Smith pleaded guilty to Interfering with Emergency Communications and Misdemeanor Larceny and was sentenced to 75 days suspended.
♦ Jacques Parks pleaded guilty to six counts of Larceny of Motor Vehicle Parts and Felony Breaking and Entering and Larceny. He received four consecutive suspended sentences of 6 to 17 months with a split sentence of 244 days in custody.
♦ Shannon Snook pleaded guilty to Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and received a sentence of 120 days suspended.
♦ Christine Ledesma pleaded guilty to Malicious Conduct by a Prisoner and was sentenced to 16 to 29 months suspended.
♦ Scott Jenkins pleaded guilty to Driving While License Revoked and Hit and Run and was sentenced to 120 days suspended.
♦ Summey Biggerstaff pleaded guilty to Habitual Misdemeanor Assault and was sentenced to 6 to 17 months in prison.
♦ Martevious Smith pleaded guilty to Common Law Robbery and was sentenced to 12 to 24 months suspended.
♦ Djuan White pleaded guilty to Possession of a Firearm by a Felon and was sentenced to 14 to 26 months suspended.
♦ Justin Gallimore pleaded guilty to Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 6 to 17 months suspended.
♦ Tristin Little pleaded guilty to Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon and was sentenced to 51 to 74 months in prison.
