Mooresville Police Department detectives are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing juvenile.

Trinity Cross, 17, left her Mooresville residence about 8 a.m. on Sunday, October 30, and has not returned. Her father reported her missing on Monday.

Detectives are actively searching for the teen, but she has not yet been located.

Cross, who has a history of running away, may be in the Huntersville, Cornelius or Mooresville areas.

She is described as being 5-feet tall and weighing approximately 120 to 125 pounds with mid-back length hair that was half red and half brown when she left her residence.

Trinity was last known to be wearing a white shirt, colored blue jeans, and white or black slide sandals.
