The Mooresville Police Department reported the following arrests:
JANUARY 20
♦ Casey Dawn Garrett, 31, of Mount Mourne Loop, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
♦ Julie Dawn Harrold, 37, of Kerr Street NW, Concord, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and failure to return rental property.
♦ Joseph Phillip Hogan, 38, of Rocky Meadows Lane, Concord, charged with fraud, fail to return property and misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Kevin Obrian Williamson, 32, of Agape Drive, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of a firearm by a felon and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Erin Elizabeth Zellman, 35, of Agape Drive, Mooresville, charged with larceny and conspiracy to commit larceny.
JANUARY 24
♦ Tiffany Lea Heath, 39, of Agape Drive, Mooresville, charged with larceny after breaking or entering and larceny of a firearm.
JANUARY 25
♦ Wesley Allan Braddock, 37, of Daybrook Court, Stanley, charged with possession of a firearm by a felon and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Torrance Jermaine Carter, 32, of Walnut Street, Mooresville, charged with assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury.
♦ Kiontae Jasaun Glaspy, 24, of Lee Street, Mooresville, charged with possession of a firearm by a felon and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
JANUARY 26
♦ Rasheed Mykael Hicks, 19, of Reagan Drive, Inwood, W.Va., charged with being a fugitive from justice.
JANUARY 29
♦ Brogan Thomas Sinclair, 18, of Quarrier Drive, Cornelius, charged with obtaining property by false pretenses and misdemeanor larceny.
JANUARY 31
♦ Kristian Leigh Godfrey, 43, of W. Highway 27, Lincolnton, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.
FEBRUARY 3
♦ Gordon Cortel Serrano, 34, of Cabarrus Avenue, Mooresville, charged with three counts of possession of drugs at or near a park.
♦ Evan Vaughn Trice, 34, of Squirrel Creek Road, Newland, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and two misdemeanor drug offenses.

♦ Joshua Aaron Dominguez, 39, of Amethiest Lane, Amherst, Va., charged with possession of stolen property and two counts of felony worthless check.

♦ Ashanti Joyner Jackson, 24, of Weyland Avenue, Charlotte, charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance and maintain a dwelling or vehicle for the sale or use of a controlled substance.

♦ Jordan Tyler Melton, 24, of Markham Drive, Mooresville, charged with trafficking in methamphetamine, trafficking in opium or heroin and maintain a dwelling or vehicle for the sale or use of a controlled substance.
