♦ Fredrick Jamar Cherry, 31, of Beaty Street, Mooresville, charged with possession of a firearm by a felon and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
♦ Glenn Alvin Meadows, 51, of W. Wilson Avenue, Mooresville, charged with breaking or entering.
♦ Paxton Andrew Smith, 24, of E. NC Highway 150, Sherrills Ford, charged with obtain property by false pretense and a misdemeanor drug offense.
JANUARY 8
♦ Robert Earl Figley, 30, of Broom Street, Rockwell, charged with possession of stolen property, possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule III controlled substance and possession of a schedule II controlled substance.
♦ Chasity Leigh Hearne, 30, of Deal Road, Mooresville, charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule IV controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Nicole Charlene Jones, 42, of Crystal Creek Court, China Grove, charged with financial identity theft and obtain property by false pretense.
JANUARY 9
♦ Douglas Sidney Reid Jr., 41, of 32nd Street NE, Conover, charged with larceny, obtain property by false pretenses, misdemeanor shoplifting and misdemeanor possession of stolen goods.
JANUARY 10
♦ Steven Robert Emanuel Medica, 27, of S. Main Street, Mooresville, charged with assault by strangulation.
JANUARY 11
♦ Rex Leroy Locke, 41, of Oakridge Farm Highway, Mooresville, charged with assault by strangulation, possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for the use or sale of controlled substances and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Trenton Ray Weast, 53, of Dutch Road, Mount Pleasant, S.C., charged with obtain property by false pretense and possess/manufacture fraudulent identification.

♦ Chad Vincent Eubanks, 32, of Tarheel Trail, Salisbury, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
JANUARY 15
♦ Billy Ray Black Jr., 34, of E. McLelland Avenue, Mooresville, charged with assault by strangulation, misdemeanor communicating threats and misdemeanor assault on a female.
JANUARY 16
♦ Tyler Kendrick Martin, 32, of Pee Dee Highway, Conway, S.C., charged with possession of a schedule VI controlled substance and misdemeanor DWI.
JANUARY 18
♦ Ramone Dajuan Galarza, 18, of Glendale Avenue, Kannapolis, charged with possession of stolen property, a misdemeanor drug offense and misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon.
♦ Jacob Cameron Guthrie, 18, of Wades Way, Mooresville, charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ James Calvin Smyre Jr., 33, of Doster Avenue, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and two misdemeanor drug offenses.

♦ Shyanne Dale Paynter, 24, of Moore Ridge Drive, Statesville, charged with armed robbery and assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury.
♦ Angela Danille Veloz, 26, of Colonial Ridge Circle, Mooresville, charged with armed robbery and assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury.
