Stony Point Volunteer Fire Department recently held its annual Christmas party. All firefighters, medical responders, ladies auxiliary, the Board of Directors and honored guests were recognized.

The 2021 award winners were also honored. The award recipents include SPVFD First Responder of the Year Austin Huntington; SPVFD Firefighter of the Year Garren Smith; SPVFD Officer of the Year Captain and Training Officer Jacob Abernathy; SPVFD Chief’s Awards honorees Justin Manning and Keith Rufty; and SPVFD Ladies Auxiliary of the Year honorees Geraldine Dalton and Kim Tatum.
