Fresh off her appearances on “America’s Got Talent,” Dani Kerr will perform alongside her band The Skeleton Krew when the Second Saturday Street Festival returns to Downtown Statesville on Saturday, October 14.
The street festival, which is presented by Southern Distilling Co., starts at 2 p.m. and runs until 7 p.m. The event features live music, vendors, activities, food and drink.
The Hwy., an Americana band, will open for Dani Kerr & The Skeleton Krew. Over 40 local artisans, crafters and small businesses will be on hand, along with food trucks, and vendors with craft brews and wine.
There will also be games and giveaways, inflatables, face-painting and more at the free event.
The Second Saturday Street Festival will take place near Mitchell College at the intersection of Broad Street and Mulberry Street
The event was created in conjunction with the City of Statesville Recreation & Parks Department, Waves Entertainment, and All-American Stage, Sound and Lighting. Other sponsors include WAME Radio, Broad Street United Methodist Church, Power Home Remodeling and Alarm South.
