The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following felony arrests:
AUGUST 11
♦ Travaris Kwalik Jackson, 18, of Towering Pond Drive, Charlotte, charged with conspiracy and discharge of firearms.
♦ Justin Lewis Ostwalt, 34, of Dillon Drive, Statesville, charged with trafficking heroin, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Lauren McKenzie Rowland, 31, of Doubletree Drive, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and three misdemeanor drug offenses.
♦ Kaila Montana Santiago, 26, of Mott Road, Mooresville, charged with possession of cocaine, two counts possession of a controlled substance in a local jail and a misdemeanor drug offense.
AUGUST 12
♦ Terry Lee Jones, 55, of Sharon Ridge Lane, Statesville, charged with two counts of larceny and breaking or entering a motor vehicle.
♦ Patrick Maurice Muldrow, 23, of Birchcroft Lane, Charlotte, charged with possession of stolen goods, possession of cocaine, carrying a concealed weapon without a permit, and three misdemeanor drug offenses.
♦ Matthew Gaines Suber, 40, of Old Wilkesboro Road, Statesville, charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and a misdemeanor drug offense.
AUGUST 13
♦ Kevin Jacryen-James Fields, 27, of Farm Pond Lane, Charlotte, charged with five counts of breaking or entering a motor vehicle, two counts of identity theft, larceny and misdemeanor larceny.
♦ Joseph Michael Fonseca Sr., 56, of Fifth Street, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
♦ David Leaghy Merritt, 52, of Dogleg Road, Sherrills Ford, charged with assault by strangulation inflicting serious injury.
♦ Justus Abram Ray, 24, of Mountain View Road, Statesville, charged with hit and run with personal injury, misdemeanor reckless driving and misdemeanor fail to maintain lane control.
AUGUST 14
♦ Charles Matthew McCraven, 26, of Colonial Drive, China Grove, was served with a true bill felony indictment.
♦ Regan Thomas Starkie, 29, of Fox Avenue, Statesville, charged with possession of cocaine, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and a misdemeanor drug offense.
AUGUST 15
♦ Brady Wayne Gaither Jr., 59, of Tabor Road, Olin, charged with kidnapping, statutory sex offense with a child 15 or younger, 17 counts of indecent liberties with children, and four counts of second-degree forcible sex offense.
♦ Erique Andre Giles, 35, of Colorado Avenue, Buffalo, N.Y., charged with possession of cocaine, possession of a schedule II controlled substance and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
♦ Terry Lee Jones, 55, of Sharon Ridge Lane, Statesville, charged with felony probation violation.
AUGUST 16
♦ Derek Lee Coley, 31, of Duke Farm Lane, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and three misdemeanor drug offenses.
♦ Tiffany Ann Davis, 40, of Douglas Street, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine and four misdemeanor drug offenses.
♦ Brent William McConnell, 47, of Indian Paint Brush Drive, Mooresville, charged with possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Eugene Tywone Robertson, 37, of Mebane Street, Mooresville, was served with two true bill felony indictments.
♦ Danielle Ann Ross, 50, of Indian Paint Brush Drive, Mooresville, charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Codi Lynn Sharp, 51, of Persimmon Tree, Newton, charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance in a local jail and a misdemeanor drug offense.
AUGUST 17
♦ Jason Wetterau, 41, of Buffalo Shoals Road, Statesville, charged with two counts of felony probation violation.
