The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following felony arrests:
DECEMBER 1
♦ Taylen Jermon Barbour, 19, of Freedom Drive, Charlotte, was served with a true bill felony indictment.
♦ Joshua Jacoby Morrison, 35, of Metropolitan Avenue, Statesville, charged with two counts of trafficking heroin, two counts of possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance and possession of a firearm by a felon.
DECEMBER 2
♦ Jada Nicole Huntley, 21, of Bristol Street, Lexington, charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule I controlled substance, maintain a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, and three misdemeanor drug offenses.
♦ Phillip Jerome Parker, 41, of Drumstand Road, Alexander, charged with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor drug offense.
DECEMBER 3
♦ David Casey Cavalier, 44, of Southwood Park Road, Mooresville, charged with solicitation of a child by computer.
♦ Dionte Jaquan Clark, 32, of Brevard Street, Statesville, charged with felony possession of marijuana, possession of a schedule I controlled substance and possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule I controlled substance, possession of a schedule I controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Antonio Dominic Imes, 32, of Caldwell Street, Statesville, charged with conspiracy.
DECEMBER 4
♦ Georgia Lorraine Hornaday, 30, of Village Road NE, Leland, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Jeffrey Eugene Johnson Jr., 39, of Mott Park Drive, Statesville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
♦ Johnathan Blake Rife, 32, of Hunters Hill Drive, Statesville, charged with two counts of felony probation violation and misdemeanor violation of a domestic violence protection order.
DECEMBER 5
♦ Ernest Antonio Chambers, 49, of Wilson W. Lee Boulevard, Statesville, charged with possession of cocaine and possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance.
DECEMBER 6
♦ David Khalil Alexander, 21, of Club Drive, Statesville, charged with possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, maintain a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, conspiracy and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Steven Donewan Carr, 54, of Mission Oaks Street, Kannapolis, charged with three counts of organized retail theft and three counts of larceny by employees.
♦ Brian Dean McGarity, 42, of no fixed address, charged with two counts of felony probation violation, maintain a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, possession of methamphetamine, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, a misdemeanor drug offense and misdemeanor resist or delay an officer.
♦ Javon Donte Sherrill, 42, of Armfield Street, Statesville, charged with two counts of conspiracy to sell narcotics, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, maintain a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances.
♦ Amontae Eldred White, 19, of Altondale Drive, Statesville, charged with felony possession of marijuana, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule I controlled substance, maintain a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, conspiracy and a misdemeanor drug offense.
DECEMBER 7
♦ Emma Jane Babcock, 32, of Hickory Highway, charged with identity theft, maintain a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and three misdemeanor drug offenses.
♦ Curtis Lamar Campbell, 53, of Jacobs Fork, Charlotte, charged with three counts of organized retail theft and three counts of larceny by employee.
♦ Natalie Lynn McAlpin, 28, of Clarks Creed Road, Newton, charged with two counts of possession of a schedule II controlled substance and possession of cocaine.
♦ Michael Wayne Murdock, 35, of Bethesda Road, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of a schedule II controlled substance and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
♦ Elizabeth Kendrick Spears, 44, of Harris Bridge Road, Stony Point, charged with obtaining property by false pretenses and exploitation of elder adult or disabled adult.
♦ Asali Howard Wynn, 48, of Delander Lane, Charlotte, charged with insurance fraud.
♦ Madison Brook Yates, 22, of Dry Creek Trail, Richfield, charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of a schedule II controlled substance and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
