The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following felony arrests:
MARCH 3
♦ Mark Richard Bennett, 39, of Sonja Drive, Statesville, charged with being a fugitive from justice.
♦ Jackie Brian Capps, 51, of Brady Lane, Statesville, charged with possession of cocaine, possession of a firearm by a felon, a misdemeanor drug offense, and two counts misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon.
♦ Fernando Pedro Garcia-Pinacho, 39, of Vick Road, Mooresville, charged with indecent liberties with a child.
MARCH 4
♦ Matthew Edward Estep, 47, of no fixed address, Statesville, charged with flee or elude arrest in a motor vehicle.
♦ Shawntay Murice Martin, 40, of Beauty Street, Statesville, charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, a misdemeanor drug offense and misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon.
♦ Jacques Jerrell Parks, 28, of Buffalo Shoals, Statesville, charged with two counts of manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance.

♦ Adam Robert Jackson, 32, of Old Mountain Road, Hiddenite, charged with breaking or entering a motor vehicle.
MARCH 7
♦ Scott David Carbocci, 48, of West 22nd Street, Kannapolis, charged with possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor possession of stolen goods, and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Ashley Nicole Clarke, 29, of Shaw Road, Harmony, charged with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Antwan Richard Daye, 38, of Brevard Street, Statesville, charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule I controlled substance and misdemeanor resist or delay an officer.
♦ Edwin Alexander Melendez-Rodriguez, 24, of Greenway Vista Lane, Charlotte, charged with larceny or a motor vehicle.

♦ David Ralph Bellamy, 32, of N. Oakland Avenue, Statesville, charged with three counts of possession with intent to sell or deliver a controlled substance.
♦ Destiny Shardae Byers, 22, of Clarks Oak Lane, Troutman, charged with two counts of larceny and misdemeanor resist or delay an officer.
♦ Ali Khaliq Basir Frazier, 20, of Mallory Drive, Taylorsville, charged with breaking or entering and conspiracy.
♦ Jeremy Wayne Miller, 40, of 4th Creek Lane, Statesville, charged with indecent liberties with a child.
♦ Justin Michael Strawser, 38, of Ostwalt Amity Road, Cleveland, charged with assault by strangulation inflicting serious injury and misdemeanor child abuse.
