The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following felony arrests:
OCTOBER 19
♦ Christopher Enrique Avelar, 20, of Clear Springs Road, Mooresville, charged with four counts of communicating threat of mass violence on educational property.
♦ Randall Lee Moore, 34, of Cold Water Extension, Kannapolis, charged with eight counts of obtain property by false pretenses and eight counts of identity theft.
♦ James Foy Sloan Jr., 62, of Sloans Mill Road, Olin, charged with assault by strangulation inflicting serious injury and misdemeanor assault on a female.
♦ William Clayton Tilley, 33, of Canfield Drive, Olin, charged with assault by strangulation inflicting serious injury, misdemeanor assault with a deadly weapon and misdemeanor assault on a female.
♦ Lisa Marie Wilkins, 39, of West Main Street, Mountain City, Tenn., charged with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor drug offense.
OCTOBER 20
♦ Chelsea Allyce Compton, 34, of Tucker Road, Statesville, charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance, maintain a dwelling or vehicle for the use or sale of controlled substances, a misdemeanor drug offense, misdemeanor DWI and misdemeanor reckless driving with wanton disregard.
♦ Matthew Orren Fuller, 41, of Original Drive, Statesville, charged with indecent liberties with children.
♦ Tileatha Rae Lynn, 52, of Union Grove Road, Harmony, charged with common law robbery, breaking or entering a motor vehicle, misdemeanor aid and abet hit and run, and misdemeanor assault.
♦ Roy Melvin Swackhammer, 53, of South Rainey Way, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance.
OCTOBER 21
♦ James Jeremiah Moore, 35, of Pope Lane, Kernersville, charged with larceny and misdemeanor larceny.
♦ Joseph Ray, 76, of Old Highway 42, Roaring River, charged with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Kordell Vonkeith Reid, 26, of Mebane Street, Mooresville, charged with assault by strangulation inflicting serious injury and misdemeanor assault on a female.
OCTOBER 22
♦ Jerred Scott Cashion, 40, of Cook Street, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Aljay George Davis, 33, of Sundial Lane, Charlotte, charged with breaking or entering.
♦ Lawrence Edward Kerr III, 36, of Holmes Street, Salisbury, charged with possession of stolen goods.
♦ Joshua Franklin Michael Willis, 42, of Brumley Road, Mooresville, charged with possession of methamphetamine and three misdemeanor drug offenses.
OCTOBER 23
♦ Tony Lamont Cunningham, 29, of Dowing Street, Roanoke, Va., was served with a Governor’s Warrant.
♦ Courtney Eugene Daniels, 19, of Winona Street, Statesville, charged with interfering with an electronic monitoring device.
♦ Keith Rozel Grier, 22, of Old Steele Road, Charlotte, charged with 13 counts of breaking or entering a motor vehicle, two counts of conspiracy, larceny of a motor vehicle, three counts of misdemeanor larceny, misdemeanor larceny and misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
♦ John O’Neal Joy Jr., 51, of Almond Road, Mooresville, charged with three counts of second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor.
♦ Curtis J. Wright, 47, of North Main Street, Cornelius, charged with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor drug offense.
OCTOBER 24
♦ Larry Franklin Allison Jr., 51, of Bost Street, Statesville, charged with possession of cocaine and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Avery O’Bryant Barker, 26, of Oak Grove Road, Statesville, charged with possession of cocaine, maintain a dwelling or vehicle for the use or sale of a controlled substance, possession of a firearm by a felon, three misdemeanor drug offenses, misdemeanor carry a concealed weapon without a permit and misdemeanor resist or delay an officer.
♦ David Wayne Small, 46, of Milbridge Road, China Grove, charged with two counts of obtain property by false pretenses.
OCTOBER 25
♦ Christopher Wayne Johnston, 36, of Branchwood Road, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor assault, misdemeanor communicating threats, a misdemeanor drug offense and possession of an altered registration card/tag.
OCTOBER 26
♦ Acqullia Booze Cain Jr., 39, of Kennedy Court, Statesville, charged with assault inflicting serious injury to a law enforcement officer.
♦ Katilyn Maria Gardner, 30, of East Decatur Avenue, Mooresville, charged with larceny, possession of counterfeit money, and obtaining property by false pretense.
♦ James Edward Joyner, 63, of Williamson Drive, Society, S.C., charged with failure to register as a sex offender.
