District Attorney Sarah Kirkman’s Office announced dispositions in the following cases during recent terms of Iredell County Superior Court:
♦ Ismael Torres pleaded guilty to Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon and was sentenced to 44-65 months in prison.
♦ Isiah Mayfield pleaded guilty to Felony Hit and Run with Serious Injury or Death and was sentenced to 21-35 months suspended with a split sentence of 30 days in jail.
♦ Bradley Croteau pleaded guilty pursuant to Alford to Third Degree Sexual Exploitation of a Minor and Felony Possession of Marijuana and was sentenced to 8-19 months in prison, followed by 4-14 months suspended, and was required to register as a sex offender.
♦ Gregory Evans pleaded guilty pursuant to Alford to two counts of Sell or Deliver Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 9-20 months suspended.
♦ Aaron Moore pleaded guilty to two counts of Attempted Trafficking in Marijuana and was sentenced to 8-19 months suspended.
♦ Stephon Heller pleaded guilty to Felony Breaking or Entering to Terrorize and Assault with a Deadly Weapon with Intent to Kill Inflicting Serious Injury and was sentenced to 88-118 months in prison.
♦ De’airyus Richard pleaded guilty to Assault Inflicting Serious Injury and was sentenced to 60 days in jail.
♦ Keith Nelson pleaded guilty to Felony Larceny of Motor Vehicle and was sentenced to 15-27 months suspended.
♦ Thomas Byers pleaded guilty to Possession of Firearm by Felon and was sentenced to 17-30 months in prison.
♦ Freddie Daye pleaded guilty to Second Degree Burglary, Larceny after Breaking or Entering, Possession of Firearm by Felon and Interfere with Electronic Monitoring Device and was sentenced to 19-32 months in prison, plus 11-23 months in prison, plus 19-32 months in prison, plus 8-19 months in prison.
♦ Randy Fonseca pleaded guilty to Felony Attempted Trafficking in Marijuana by Possession and was sentenced to 5-15 months in prison.
♦ Luis Vazquez pleaded guilty to Felony Attempted Trafficking in Marijuana by Possession and was sentenced to 5-15 months in prison.
♦ James Bankhead pleaded guilty to Felony Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 7-18 months in prison.
♦ Aaron Whittmore pleaded guilty pursuant to Alford to Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon, Assault with a Deadly Weapon with Intent to Kill, Felony Breaking or Entering, Driving While Impaired and Possession of Firearm by Felon and was sentenced to 72-99 months in prison, followed by 6-17 months in prison.
♦ Jeffrey Bortz pleaded no contest to Felony Larceny of Motor Vehicle and Felony Larceny and was sentenced to 12-24 months in prison, followed by 12-24 months suspended.
♦ Francisco Velasc Martinez pleaded guilty to Habitual Driving While Impaired and was sentenced to 12-24 months in prison.
♦ Da-Shawn Clark pleaded guilty to Possession of Firearm by Felon, Sale of Schedule II Controlled Substance and Driving While Impaired and was sentenced to consecutive, suspended sentences of 17-30 months, plus 17-30 months, plus 120 days.
♦ Darrel Fagan pleaded guilty to Possession of Firearm by Felon and two counts of Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Cocaine and was sentenced to 12-24 months in prison followed by two consecutive suspended sentences of 6-17 months.
♦ Antonio McDonald pleaded guilty to two counts of Felony Death by Vehicle and Driving While Impaired and was sentenced to 60-84 months in prison.
♦ Logan Casey pleaded guilty to three counts of Misdemeanor Death by Vehicle and was sentenced to 60 days suspended. He was ordered to surrender his driver’s license, complete 50 hours of community service and pay restitution.
♦ Daniel Armstrong was found guilty after a trial by jury of Felony Possession of Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 6-17 months suspended.
♦ Justin Pope pleaded guilty to Possession of Fentanyl, along with a probation violation, and was sentenced to 6-17 months in prison.
♦ Lauro Agosto pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine, along with a probation violation, and was sentenced to 7-18 months in prison.
♦ Julian Johnson pleaded guilty to Possession of Firearm by Felon and was sentenced to 17-30 months in prison.
♦ Garland Hartsoe pleaded guilty to three counts of Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Cocaine, two counts of Sale of Cocaine, Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Methamphetamine, Possess Cocaine, Possess Methamphetamine and Habitual Felon and was sentenced to 100-132 months in prison.
♦ Maleia Flouton pleaded guilty to Felony Flee to Elude Arrest, two counts of Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Methamphetamine and Possession of Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 8-19 months in prison.
♦ Steven Morrison pleaded guilty to two counts of Trafficking in Opium and Sale of Schedule II Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 70-93 months in prison and was ordered to pay a $50,000 fine.
♦ Nina Keith pleaded guilty to Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Controlled Substance within 1000 Feet of Daycare and Larceny of a Firearm and was sentenced to 20-36 months in prison.
♦ Derek Smith pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 8-19 months in prison.
♦ Ryan Alexander pleaded guilty to Possession of Firearm by Felon and Discharge Firearm on Educational Property and was sentenced to 20-33 months in prison.
♦ Robert Galaviz pleaded guilty to two counts of Trafficking in Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 70-93 months in prison and was ordered to pay a $50,000 fine.
♦ Matthew Brown pleaded guilty to Felony Possession of Methamphetamine and Felony Failure to Appear on a Felony and was sentenced to 6-17 months in prison. He was also sentenced to 8-19 months in prison for a probation violation.
♦ Larry Tincher pleaded guilty to Felony Flee to Elude Arrest and was sentenced to 6-17 months suspended.
♦ Terris Turner pleaded guilty to Felony Flee to Elude Arrest, Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Cocaine and Felony Alter/Steal/Destroy Evidence and was sentenced to 20-33 months in prison.
♦ Brandon Norkett pleaded no contest to Possession of Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 7-19 months suspended.
♦ Cynthia Cardona-Gomez pleaded guilty to Felony Assault on a Detention Employee Inflicting Serious Injury and was sentenced to 15-27 months in prison.
♦ Kelvin Daniels pleaded guilty to Felony Conspiracy to Commit Felony Larceny and was sentenced to 7-18 months in prison.
♦ Deion Lloyd pleaded guilty to First Degree Sexual Exploitation of a Minor and was sentenced to 58-130 months in prison (includes 60 months post-release supervision) and was required to register as a sex offender.
♦ Jody Armentrout pleaded guilty to Habitual Driving While Impaired and was sentenced to 18-31 months suspended with a 12-month active sentence.
♦ David Reddicks pleaded guilty to Habitual Driving While Impaired and was sentenced to 17-30 months suspended with a 12-month active sentence.
♦ Derik Wittekind pleaded guilty to Failure to Register as a Sex Offender and was sentenced to 15-27 months suspended.
♦ Mark Wilkinson pleaded guilty to Possession of Firearm by Felon and was sentenced to 17-30 months in prison.
♦ Christopher Scott pleaded guilty to Conspiracy to Sell Marijuana and was sentenced to 11-23 months in prison.
♦ Tyrick Chandra pleaded guilty to Possession of Cocaine and Possession of Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 6-17 months in prison.
♦ Shyheim Millsaps pleaded guilty to Attempted Trafficking in Opium, Possession of Stolen Firearm and Felony Assault on Detention Officer Inflicting Physical Injury and was sentenced to 8-19 months in prison followed by 29-47 months suspended.
♦ Bradford Bowlin pleaded guilty to Felony Larceny and Possession of Firearm by Felon and was sentenced to 18-31 months in prison.
♦ Dwon Carr pleaded guilty to Identity Theft, Driving While License Revoked, Obtaining Property by False Pretenses and Felony Breaking or Entering and was sentenced to 17-30 months in prison plus 12-24 months in prison at the expiration of that sentence.
♦ Romario Evans pleaded guilty pursuant to Alford to two counts of Identity Theft and Felony Flee to Elude Arrest and was sentenced to 15-27 months in prison.
♦ Chantala Sharpe pleaded guilty to Felony Obstruction of Justice and was sentenced to 6-17 months in prison.
