The Mooresville Police Department reported the following felony arrests:
DECEMBER 1
♦ Yakima Deasia Crawford, 23, of Morris Street, Gastonia, charged with larceny, common law conspiracy and misdemeanor shoplifting.
♦ Alasia Kyera Meeks, 28, of Griers Grove Road, Charlotte, charged with habitual larceny, larceny and misdemeanor shoplifting.
DECEMBER 2
♦ Maurice Eugene Peck, 53, of Airport Road, Salisbury, charged with larceny, habitual larceny and a misdemeanor drug offense.
DECEMBER 3
♦ Santeria Jessie Fitzgerald, 35, of E. Washington Street, Greensboro, charged with larceny.
DECEMBER 4
♦ Alyson Marie Black, 26, of Heritage Vista Drive, Huntersville, charged with larceny.
♦ Thomas Steven Chapman, 32, of Chandeleur Drive, Mooresville, charged with motor vehicle theft.
DECEMBER 5
♦ Douglas Anthony Allison, 54, of Vick Road, Mooresville, charged with possession of drugs at or near a school, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Michael Anthony Oliver, 36, of Hollywood Drive, Cornelius, charged with possession of a stolen firearm, violation of a Domestic Violence Protective Order and misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon.
DECEMBER 6
♦ William Leequan Phillips, 27, of Grimes Street, Charlotte, charged with possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Amber Leigh Russo, 37, of Creekside Crossing Lane, Mooresville, charged with breaking or entering a motor vehicle, misdemeanor injury to personal property, and misdemeanor breaking or entering.
DECEMBER 7
♦ Shelley Morris Barksdale Jr., 26, of Old Wagon Road, Charlotte, charged with identity theft, possession of a schedule VI controlled substance and possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance.
♦ Amiel Termain Bennett, 45, of W. McLelland Avenue, Mooresville, charged with possession of a stolen vehicle.
♦ Ricco Danelle McCrorey, 33, of Northcliff Drive, Charlotte, charged with possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances.
♦ Floyd Alden Theel, 66, of Forestway Drive, Mount Holly, charged with probation violation.
DECEMBER 8
♦ Kenneth Deangelo Foard, 36, of Owen Boulevard, Charlotte, charged with common law robbery, aid and abet larceny and misdemeanor resist or delay an officer.
♦ Tony Williams, 31, of Ann Franklin Court, Charlotte, charged with common law conspiracy, aid and abet larceny and resist or delay an officer.
DECEMBER 11
♦ Colin Michael Jacobs, 21, of Powers Hill Drive, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule VI controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Carla Esther Torres, 21, of Assembly Drive, Mooresville, charged with malicious conduct by a prisoner, misdemeanor assault on a law enforcement officer and misdemeanor trespass.
♦ Anthony Shane Westmoreland, 43, of Rebecca Jane Drive, Mooresville, charged with possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor DWI and a misdemeanor drug offense.
DECEMBER 12
♦ Bobby Floyd Newton, 41, of Cedar Lane, Lilesville, charged with speeding to elude arrest, burglary, three counts of breaking or entering a motor vehicle, three counts of possession of stolen property, three counts of larceny, larceny after breaking or entering, misdemeanor attempted breaking or entering a motor vehicle, misdemeanor drug offense, and misdemeanor resist or delay an officer.
♦ Kevin Lynn Waddell, 43, of Miller Farm Road, Statesville, charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver a controlled substance.
DECEMBER 13
♦ Christy Ann Montgomery, 34, of Roberts Drive, Kannapolis, charged with two counts of possession of stolen property, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, misdemeanor resist or delay an officer and misdemeanor possession of stolen property.
♦ Kristen Elise Robles, 33, of Brittle Creek Drive, Matthews, charged with three counts of forgery.
♦ Alfonso Ivan Veloz, 28, of Lansing Circle, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.
DECEMBER 14
♦ Ashley Dale Jordan, 29, of Parker Avenue, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance and misdemeanor maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances.
DECEMBER 15
♦ Casey Aaron Jordan, 31, of Country Lane, Mooresville, charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule IV controlled substance, two counts of maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for use of controlled substances, possession of a firearm by a felon, seven misdemeanor drug offenses and misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon.

♦ David Wesley Shafer, 42, of West Avenue, Troutman, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, and possession of a schedule VI controlled substance.

♦ Amber Christel Mancino, 31, of Cordia Circle, Newton, charged with hit and run resulting in injury or death and misdemeanor DWI.
♦ Karl Alexander Thunberg, 36, of Pine Needle Lane, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance.
