The Mooresville Police Department reported the following felony arrests:

JULY 21
♦ Jacob David Cochrane, 29, of Sunshine Drive, Maiden, charged with financial identity theft.

JULY 22
♦ Rodney Matthew Prevette, 50, of Mount Sinai Road, Wilkesboro, charged with possession of a stolen firearm and aiding and abetting obtaining property by false pretenses.

♦ John Aaron Travis, 24 of Bristol Drive, Statesville, charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, and maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for the use or sale of controlled substances.

♦ Zerit Tekle Tsegay, 41, of Shade Valley Road, Charlotte, charged with four counts of kidnapping and four counts of felonious restraint.

JULY 24
♦ Jeffrey Carl Hamilton, 65, of Fieldstone Road, Mooresville, charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, misdemeanor discharging a firearm in the city limits and misdemeanor injury to personal property.

JULY 25
♦ William Edward Hamilton, 21, of Fieldstone Road, Mooresville, charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury.

♦ Gerry Seabrook, 57, of Monroe Road, Charlotte, charged with being a fugitive from justice.

JULY 26
♦ Howard Quaintel Dixon, 24, of Emmanuel Church Road, Conover, charged with embezzlement.

♦ Frederick Markus Eckhaus, 32, of Normandy Drive, Sebring, Fla., charged with possession of stolen property.

♦ Toni Nicole Sutton, 30, of Quiet Cove Road, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.

JULY 29
♦ Abdulraouf Bassam Allamadani, 39, of Camden Falls Circle, Greensboro, charged with being a fugitive from justice.

JULY 31
♦ Jerry Wayne Sloan, 36, of Knightengale Drive, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.

AUGUST 2
♦ Matthew Edward Beebe, 37, of Anchors Aweigh Lane, Sherrills Ford, charged with four counts of third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor.

AUGUST 3
♦ Aylssa Marie Keller, 27, of River Highway, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedue II controlled substance and two misdemeanor drug offenses.

♦ Roman Freed Zabinski, 57, of Goldenrod Lane, Statesville, charged with safecracking, misdemeanor injury to personal property and misdemeanor first-degree trespass.

AUGUST 5
♦ Bonnie Jean Hoolsema, 71, of Monroe Road, Charlotte, charged with being a fugitive from justice.
