The Mooresville Police Department reported the following felony arrests:
NOVEMBER 1
♦ Craig Lavon Wilson, 55, of Rinehardt Road, Mooresville, charged with fail to register as a sex offender and fail to return verification notice.
NOVEMBER 3
♦ Bill Cedrick McNeill, 30, of Turning Oak Drive, Charlotte, charged with larceny.
♦ Candy Mabe Munday, 42, of Big Indian Loop, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Richard Eugene Wingate Jr., 43, of E. Lackey Farm Road, Statesville, charged with forgery, fraud, probation violation, two counts of possession of a schedule II controlled substance, and a misdemeanor drug offense.
NOVEMBER 4
♦ Bobbie Danielle Jenkins, 35, of S. Gaither Avenue, Newton, charged with two counts of possession of a schedule II controlled substance and four misdemeanor drug offenses.
NOVEMBER 6
♦ Fenta Nyasha Gill, 31, of Richard Barry Drive, Charlotte, charged with possession of stolen goods and conspire to commit felony larceny.
♦ Christiany Simone Mobley, 24, of Elswick Lane, Mooresville, charged with possession of stolen goods, organized retail theft and conspire to commit felony larceny.
♦ Elvis Enrique Casimero-Pariasca, 31, of Charlotte charged with larceny of property.
♦ Quinitta Shamika Davis, 42, of Hillside Drive, Mooresville, charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflict serious injury.
NOVEMBER 7
♦ Shaniqua Andrea Lawrence, 32, of Flint Street, Charlotte, charged with possession of stolen goods and conspire to commit felony larceny.
NOVEMBER 8
♦ Zevaristo Garcia Latten, 18, of Rankin Hill Road, Troutman, charged with aid and abet larceny and conspire to commit felony larceny.
NOVEMBER 9
♦ Chen Min, 26, of Hauiki Street, Honolulu, Hawaii, charged with fraud, common law conspiracy and misdemeanor larceny.
♦ Lin Xuejian, 41, of Hauiki Street, Honolulu, Hawaii, charged with fraud, common law conspiracy and misdemeanor larceny.
NOVEMBER 10
♦ Kayla Louise Jennings, 33, of Indian Hill Road, Union Grove, charged with larceny, resist or delay an officer and three counts of misdemeanor shoplifting.
NOVEMBER 12
♦ Nicholas Pyaz Tucker, 34, of Rebecca Jane Drive, Mooresville, charged with a pretrial release violation.
♦ Mary Louise Weatherford, 74, of Blackwelder Farm Drive, Mooresville, charged with larceny and misdemeanor shoplifting.
NOVEMBER 14
♦ Rodrick Thirkle Mauney, 39, of Chambers Street, Statesville, charged with three counts of sale or delivery of a controlled substance.
