The Mooresville Police Department reported the following felony arrests:
OCTOBER 16
♦ Timia Katrice Beckham, 19, of Pin Hook Road, Charlotte, charged with larceny and common law conspiracy.
♦ Tiarra Felesia Fuller, 34, of Washington Avenue, Charlotte, charged with larceny and conspiracy to commit larceny.
♦ Mercedes Chanel Kennedy, 33, of Garnette Place, Charlote, charged with habitual larceny, larceny and conspiracy to commit felony larceny.
♦ Shaniyah Shanice Phifer, 19, of McAllister Drive, Charlotte, charged with larceny and common law conspiracy.
OCTOBER 19
♦ Rosalia Marcano-Gonzalez, 34, of Sequoia Forest Drive, Mooresville, charged with embezzlement by employee.
OCTOBER 20
♦ DeWayne Lamont Brown, 27, of North Tuxedo Street, Indianapolis, Ind., charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
OCTOBER 22
♦ Tevin Shamar Barber, 32, of Stone Post Road, Charlotte, charged with possession of a stolen firearm and misdemeanor carry a concealed weapon.
♦ Crystal Powers Osborne, 51, of Fairview Drive, Lexington, charged with habitual larceny and misdemeanor larceny.
OCTOBER 23
♦ Jakwan Arquise Carlton, 22, of Cascade Road, Mooresville, charged with possession of a firearm by a felon, misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon, misdemeanor resist or delay an officer and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
♦ Jonathan Chad Dean, 58, of Chandeleur Drive, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule VI controlled substance.
♦ Jumaa Ali Fulgham II, 32, of Headwater Circle, Mooresville, charged with embezzlement by employee.
OCTOBER 25
♦ William Alberto Pineda Rocha, 43, of Otto Loyken Laurel Circle, Mooresville, charged with larceny from a merchant.
OCTOBER 26
♦ Leonard Adam, 24, of Lake Forest Road, Charlotte, charged with larceny from a merchant, larceny and misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
OCTOBER 27
♦ Tiara Bradley Bell, 37, of Autumn Lane, Hickory, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and misdemeanor assault.
♦ Dylan Ryan Vargas, 29, of Vandalia Road, Mooresville, charged with habitual larceny, misdemeanor trespass and misdemeanor larceny.
OCTOBER 28
♦ Chiquita Lavonne Caldwell, 38, of Kelly Avenue, Mooresville, charged with possession of counterfeit controlled substance with intent to sell or deliver.
♦ Kati Renee Perry, 28, of Kelly Avenue, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Altron Daurell Spencer, 46, of Piedmont Pointe Drive, Mooresville, charged with four counts of assault a law enforcement officer with physical injury, two counts of malicious conduct by a prisoner, two counts of misdemeanor communicating threats, misdemeanor assault on a female, misdemeanor drunk and disruptive, seven counts of misdemeanor resist or delay and officer, and misdemeanor assault on a government official.
OCTOBER 30
♦ Melissa Rose Falcone, 28, of Rustic Road, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Justin Shane Frasier, 32, of Kelly Avenue, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.
OCTOBER 31
♦ Christopher Jordan Minier, 31, of East School Street, Maiden, charged with financial identity theft, possession of a firearm by a felon, larceny of a firearm, breaking or entering and misdemeanor resist or delay an officer.
Seems to me, there’s an awful lot of “misdemeanor” charges that I feel ought to be felonies! HOW does a felon with a concealed firearm only be charged with a misdemeanor? What are the George Soros “laws” now? I also see a LOT of habitual larcenies. Maybe if these individuals had spent MORE time in jail, they wouldn’t be habitu.al offenders
